They send me a fake case for Xiaomi 12+ saying that the side window works BUT NOT it is JUST a STUPID case which I bought 20€

It doesn't work and they don't answer emails

Kapusell is een pure oplichtersfirma. Ik bestelde een phone cover die ik in een internetadvertentie gezien had. Ik kreeg na vier weken (ipv van de beloofde vijf dagen) een pakketje dat een andere phone cover bevatte dan ik besteld had. Het bleek dat Kapusell op geen enkele manier te contacteren is dan via een messengerbericht. Daarop kreeg ik echter geen enkele reactie. Ook niet op een drietal opmerkingen die ik bij Facebook berichten achterliet. Boeven!

Ware kann nicht zurück gesendet werden. Es meldet sich niemand

Received a phone case which simply doesn't work properly. I have sent several emails but no response at all. Don't buy here ! Waste of money !

Das angebliche Lederetui ist leider nur billiges Plastik. Die Software für das Seitendisplay muss über qinghui.expcover (???) herunter geladen werden. Diese App ist allerdings nicht über google-Play zu bekommen. Ist mir viel zu riskant!

I also purchased for the side window all I got was a piece of crap not leather as stated and no side window $40 down the crapper emailed them but not expecting to hear back

Déjà, ce n'est pas du cuir contrairement à ce qui est annoncé. Ensuite, la coque Samsung verrouillé le téléphone quand on la ferme, pas celle-ci donc la sécurité n'est pas assurée et l'appli qui doit été installée pour avoir la fenêtre latérale n'est pas sécurisée et fonctionne très mal Bref, nul. J'aurais mieux fait de dépenser les 69 € de Samsung que les 39 € ici !!

I bought it mainly for the smart window side display that avoids opening the cover: I received the cover without the display... I asked for explanations via email a while ago but... still no response!

Not as advertised, no side window and no lock feature. Also damaged due to it being cheap and nasty. Emailed for a refund but not holding my breath

Bought a case for my Samsung S24 Ultra, a "leather" side window case. The only leather was in their ad. It was all thin cheap plastic. Worse still, it didn't fit on my phone properly and when I tried to push it on the plastic cracked. I wrote and asked for a refund. No reply.

Bought an S25 ultra case - Package arrived seriously damaged and the software to use the case corrupted my phone - When requested my money back via PayPal it was refused as the client could not find any proof something was wrong - Well they must be blind as I supplied numerous photos as proof of faulty purchase. Stay very far away from this company based in China its a SCAM
