I was in search for the perfect ring from
Emporia, Kansas to Kansas City and then I found Karats and I had no desire to look any further.

Selection, service and best value from all the stores I visited. I started my journey for the perfect ring many months ago and then came back to Karats to finally place the order.

I have now gotten a beautiful engagement ring and two wedding bands from this amazing and local establishment.

Visit Karats and you won’t regret it. They are absolutely top notch.

love this place. I went just to start preparing get an idea on price, quality, and the perfect ideal balance. The staff was incredibly knowledge and heard every word I said when describing what I wanted. Although I made it clear I wasn’t ready to purchase or finance the day of visit they still gave me 5 star service as if I were ready to buy the most expensive ring in the building with no pressure just purely informative. 5 stars for the service and 10 stars for the inventory. So many options to fit the identity and personal values of just about any customer. Highly recommended.

If I could give 10 stars I would. Purchased our most beautiful engagement ring 💍 from Karats. The process from start to finish was smooth and the best. We ended up at Karats after we had a less favorable experience at another jewelry store in town.

Fabulous experience. We were treated well and the selection and staff are amazing. They listen to you and show genuine care for what you are searching for. We purchased a beautiful Tacori engagement ring for my anniversary. My husband surprised me and we worked with Caitlin who was very helpful and helped choose the perfect diamond and helped us remain with the budget.

Had an incredible experience shopping at Kara's finding the perfect ring and diamond for my now fiance. The selection was amazing and she found the ring of her dreams. We were treated with utmost care and attention and we were not rushed through the process and got all our questions answered with knowledge and great expertise.

The customer service, attention to detail and general care for the client is beyond compare. The owner himself takes precise care of every single detail and will not settle for anything less than perfection, all while being one of the most caring and personable person you would ever meet. We custom designed our engagement ring with black diamonds and they turned out absolutely flawless. A great gem in the Kansas City market. After my long time, trusted Jeweler retired, I searched for another independent Jeweler. I love supporting locally owned businesses and I love not having "chain store" quality jewelry.
My search is over! Karats is now "my Jeweler"!
I worked with Erin on one ring and am back within a month to work on another.
I cannot express how much time, attention and care Erin has given me.
She is willing to offers ideas and work directly with the Designers who's lines they carry to help me get exactly what I want (or dream up!). I was told by perhaps the largest independent Jeweler in Kansas City that Designers do not like to do custom work when I wanted my own diamonds reset.
Erin and Karats taught me that simply is not the case! The Designer of my first ring loved being able to work with Erin and me to design my one of a kind ring.
I am perhaps the pickiest person I know when it comes to jewelry. I will not buy jewelry anywhere else but Karats.
