I Called in to Get a Replacement Trigger Gun for my Karcher Power Washer , The Woman at the Counter Did Not Have a Clue What she was Doing When I Tried to go to the Display to the Left of the Counter to Point out the Trigger Gun I Needed She was Extremely Rude Telling me Customers are Not Allowed in that Area . There Was No Signage to Indicate That Customers are Not Allowed in that Area , I gave this Woman all the information and Pointed to we’re the Trigger Gun was , Wont Ever go there again

My ID is 166520 and I posted a review which stated that the replacement water bottle is faulty BUT the reply from Karcher states that the problem has been resolved, this indicates to me that they have not really bothered to read the information that was in my post on Trustpilot. In fact I received a further message via Trustpilot asking for my identity Total chaos

What an incredible little gadget the Karcher window cleaner is. Saves me hours of work as I could never get my huge windows smear free without it.

TRACKING SAYS STILL ON THE WAY TO ROYAL MAIL . TWO EMAILS SENT TO KARCHER BELFAST ASKING FOR UPDATE ON ORDER TO DATE 29 MAY NO REPLY .
LACK OF COMMUNICATION . NO TELEPHONE NUMBER FOR STORE .

Great service at a difficult time. There was a problem with my order (no-one's fault) and one of their service agents stepped up and took charge of sorting everything out. Really appreciate being able to get my replacement part.

Fast delivery great product so far

This is the first time using Craigmore and I have to say my experience was very good. I ordered online and the item was sent out very quickly, I would have no problem using Craigmore again.

I bought a HDS 6/10 online and noticed later the price online had depreciated £180. When I enquired I was told it was an error however I could have purchased one at the cheaper price and cancelled the first order if I had have wanted but decided not to.

Not as much as a complementary tub of washer liquid on delivery. At nearly £2500, Craigmore need to realise customer satisfaction is paramount and on this occasion I wasn’t impressed.
