C’est le deuxième Kärcher k5 que j’achète et qui se mets à fuir bien que je sois très soigneuse..
Avant j’avais eu un black and Decker de très longues années sans problème.
Le dernier k5 est sous garantie mais plus de sav à proximité : on ne choye que les professionnels…
La pièce qui fuit est celle mise à l’origine et de mauvaise qualité, que karcher propose de remplacer moyennant finance par une plus solide en aluminium et surtout de se priver de son karcher pendant environs un mois …
Bref: fini karcher…je répare le mien ( apparemment 2,5 heures de travail), je l’achève et je rachète un black and Decker!!!

Heb die stoomreiniger iets meer dan een jaar ik vervang het kalk patroon en het lampje blijft rood branden op reset geduwd en nu doet die het helemaal niet meer wat een rotzooi is dat product zeer slechte kwaliteit en dat voor een gerenommeerd bedrijf als Kärcher jullie moeten zich echt schamen zeer teleurstellend

Bin mit dem Produkt zufrieden. Hab einen K7 mit premium Connect. Einziges Manko ist dass es manchmal lange dauert bis das Gerät erkannt hat dass man eine Düse zum zum Aufschäumen des Reinigungsmittel angebracht hat bzw. auf der kombidüse umgestellt hat.

Kärcher FC 7 Nassreiniger hält bei weitem nicht, was er verspricht. Macht den Boden nass und nimmt durch Zufall etwas Dreck auf.
Zudem zwei Reparaturen in der Garantiezeit. Dann nur noch selten genutzt (s.o.) und jetzt nach 4 Jahren geht gar nichts mehr und er kommt auf den Elektro Schrott.

K5 lost pressure and then the engine stuttered. I tried to phone or find online help. Virtually impossible. A WhatsApp message kept telling me they would get back to me. This message kept being repeated! Finally I found a Karcher base in St Albans and took it there. They, at first, tried to sell me a new machine. I insisted on a repair only to be told it had to be sent away to Staffordshire. Two weeks later I received it back. Now the detergent mix wouldn’t work, the gun registered in reverse (high pressure was low etc) and the engine stuttered worse than before. All of these new problems! I took it back again and it has been sent away again. Obviously no one checks the work at the repair shop. I have noticed poor quality issues in the past (varying pressure issues, the gun not registering with the machine etc) but things appear to be worsening. I will change the machine in the future, but not for a Karcher machine.

Pésima experiencia con la empresa Karcher y su servicio técnico autorizado de las condes, santiago de Chile. Nos estafaron, nos expusieron nuevamente con el dueño del negocio que es una persona agresiva y a más de dos meses del problema siguen sin responder los correos ni resolver el problema con su servicio técnico autorizado.

De Karcher service is ronduit slecht. Je wordt van de ene persoon naar de andere doorverwezen (4x), zonder nog maar bij een uitkomst te komen.

Daarnaast merkte ik op dat de prijzen (ondanks de hoge kortingen) bij Karcher beduidend hoger liggen dan andere online platformen. Als je daar de slechte/ onduidelijke service bij op telt, zou ik persoonlijk nooit nog bij Karcher bestellen.

Voetnoot: wel heb ik 1 persoon mogen spreken die alles op alles gezet heeft om toch nog een pragmatische oplossingen te bekomen. Superveel dank aan deze persoon. Helaas is er geen oplossing uit voortgekomen.

Par l’intermédiaire de l entrepôt du bricolage d Aubenas j'ai fait expédier chez le réparateur karcher mon karcher K 4.600 qui avait un problème ( type de problème connu sur un groupe internet) On paye un forfait réparation et on peut supposer que le produit reviendra réparé. Sauf que non, le produit a été jugé irréparable (ce qui m étonne fortement car c'est un problème de détecteur de pression qui commande le système marche/arrêt). Du coup 2 propositions, soit ils gardent le karcher pour le détruire et me remboursent le forfait "réparation ", soit je dois payer 50€ pour récupérer mon produit. C'est vraiment scandaleux, fuyez cette marque pour son SAV déplorable

J'ai acheté un K7, il était défectueux, l'assistance au téléphone m'a fait démonter la lance du Karcher pour constater qu'il manquait un joint ! Au prix de l'article je pense ne pas avoir a faire la manipulation moi même. Après avoir un mail avec photo et facture d'achat je n'ai toujours pas eu de réponse. J'ai voulu posté un commentaire sur leur site en tant que client. Et voila ce qui c'est passé : "Nos équipes ont bien lu votre avis, mais celui-ci ne respecte malheureusement pas les règles de diffusion. Nous vous remercions toutefois pour votre participation et nous vous invitons à prendre contact auprès de notre centre relation client." l'avis ne comportait aucune insulte. C'était juste factuel. Mais Karcher n'aime pas la critique et la vérité donc il nous empêche de témoigner. Plus jamais je ne prendrais un produit chez eux ! C'est inadmissible.

BP3 pomp, blijft draaien. Alle koppelingen (2)van en naar de pomp vulkanisch gedicht.Dus nergens verlies. Pomp ongeveer 1 jaar goed geweest. Als er een technieker moet langskomen van Karcher ( anders telt uw 5j garantie niet)betaal je meer aan verplaatsing kosten of dat pomp waard is. Heb nu goedkopere pomp tussen gezet,ander merk, met zelfde koppelingen. Werkt als een tiereliere. Dus eigenlijk omzeilen ze zo de zogezegde garantie van 5 jaar.

Leider wurde mein Produkt unvollständig geliefert und ich konnte es nicht in Betrieb nehmen. Die Lieferung des Teils hat leider länger als 30 tage gedauert so dass ich jetzt probleme habe das immer noch nicht funktionierde Gerät zurück zu geben. Der Kundenservice am Telefon ist ein Desaster und extrem unfreundlich!!!

Dévidoir Kärcher acheté neuf sur le site officiel mais ne m’a jamais été livré.
Le transporteur indique avoir effectué la livraison et Kärcher ne cherche pas de solution de dédommagement.
Je me retrouve donc à avoir acheté un tuyau d’arrosage 189,99€ que je n’ai pas reçu et le service client ne veut rien savoir.

Having had to replace an 18v battery which never worked,i now find my other battery has stopped working.Karcher say that my battery is out of warranty and so they want £60 for a replacement.How can 2 expensive batteries stop workng given i do not use them that often.I have a number of Karcher tools and so this is very disappointing.

Compramos en enero una Karcher SE 4 y el gatillo para soltar agua se ha roto. Lo hemos llevado a la garantía y nos han puesto mil excusas de varias cosas pero nada relacionado con la avería que llevaba: mal uso, suciedad, uso de producto no adecuado... La culpa es para nosotros no nos lo cubren y encima la reparación es como el coste de media maquina! Tiene escasos dos meses de uso doméstico....muy mal. Creía que era una empresa seria. Muy descontenta.

Expérience scandaleuse avec Kärcher.

Nettoyeur haute pression payé 280 €, utilisé à peine 4 à 5 fois, présentant des fuites depuis le début.

Après vérification, ce problème de fuite revient régulièrement dans les avis concernant ce modèle, ce qui laisse fortement penser à un défaut récurrent.

Malgré cela, le SAV refuse toute prise en charge sous garantie en invoquant une prétendue “mauvaise utilisation”, sans apporter la moindre preuve.

À la place, on me propose :
• 135 € de réparation
• 42 € pour récupérer un appareil non réparé
• ou destruction

Donc en résumé : produit défectueux + problème visiblement connu + refus de garantie + client qui doit payer.

Ces pratiques sont inacceptables et contraires aux obligations légales en matière de garantie.

À défaut de prise en charge rapide et conforme à la loi, toutes les démarches nécessaires seront engagées, notamment un signalement auprès de la DGCCRF et des actions pour faire valoir mes droits.

Très déçue du service client.

Really annoyed on two fronts.Firstly myself, I always check reviews on Trustpilot before buying a major product but because the Karcher I have used for the last 15+ years has been so good I did'nt bother checking the current range ,big, big mistake. But the real pain is the K3 I bought last month and used for the first time today is a flimsy,poorly made and badly designed piece of rubbish.The lance with the revolving brushes continuosly scrapes the patio slabs without cleaning them the brackets for the lances are to narrow for them,one lance is so tight to fit into the gun that I am scared to force it as it feels that it will snap in two.I had to go to B&Q to buy water inlet adapter as it leaked as soon as I switched it on.I already know it is going to be short lived before I bin it .Beware Karcher are not the company they used to be this machine feels like a cheap Chinese copy .

Absolute joke they have a bot that takes you in circles and contact them via email for warranty no response 3 emails since 26th march its now april 8th
