The dress I received looked absolutely nothing like what was on the website. When I inquired about a return, they kept indicating that a stocking fee would be $20 even though it says 15 on their website and then told me it would cost $60-$70 to return an item that only cost 50 to begin with. They were extremely difficult to work with and I ended up just taking a total loss on the item I’ve purchased. Do not buy from them!
Do not order same clothes on shein for much cheaper and you cannot return, their email has AI bots so always repeating themselves but they did give me this 60% off every one go ahead and use it NEW60
Just heard from this awful company again. They constantly repeat themselves and will not reimburse if they cannot provide the goods. Shocking. Just a scam.

What I thought I ordered and what I got are not the same. I ordered a beautiful head covering with a face shield for a trip this winter. What I received is awful. It does not look like the photo at all. Returns are NOT free! You will have to pay to return it. To CHINA. It is a rip off company. Do not buy from them.
I ordered a beautiful woolen top not realising it was coming from China. When it eventually arrived, it was nothing like the top I ordered! It was polyester and a different, faded pattern. So cheap looking. I had paid £38 for this so I contacted them and although they replied quickly, they just keep repeating themselves about how if I want to return it it would cost the return postage to China as well as a $20 restocking deduction and it will take a long time and could be delayed or even lost!
After at least 10 emails back and forth I was ready to pay postage for the correct item to be sent however emails (5) since then have asked what is wrong with the order and would I like a review??
I give up. ****Update I have raised a dispute with my bank who are pursuing recovery of the £38 paid to these scammers
I ordered a lovely jacket and received the wrong item.They will let me return it if I pay for shipment to China and a 20% restocking fee. After much going back and forth, they will now let me re-order what I bought and paid for at a discounted price.
Pure bait and switch.
Really happy with this. Fits well and the fabric feels comfortable all day. Good quality overall.
