This company appears on Affirm and neither do business fair. Neither will refund your money. I sent the garment to Karl LAGERFELD Paris and I was told by Affirm to pay the account out which I did and then could get my refund. It has been 6 months and I still have not received a refund. Affirm acknowledged that the they received the money and KARL LAGERFELD Paris acknowledged they received the garment
.. however I as the customer have gotten nothing as promised at least 5 times.

I shopped the outlets in Palm Beach

I shopped the outlets in Palm Beach, As I walked in the store, I was greeted by Yasmin and Jamie they helped find my sizes. They were both very kind and made sure we were happy with our purchases. They wrapped each item and even gave me garment bags. They are both assists to your company.

Just received my beautiful bag, thank you so much
I did contact customer service asking for tracking and they replied very fast answer my question about who was delivering to me (Edinburgh uk) and when I’d get the tracking info
Next day to that I got the fedex tracking information ( yesterday :))) and just received the bag very pleased with the quality and the customer support I received

If I could score 0 stars I would. Sadly, not referring to the clothes! I have now ordered 2x. BOTH times, I ended up writing an email to customer service asking where my order was, because it isn't shipped out for a VERY LONG TIME. For a luxury brand, I would expect to be treated better. I imagine someone there is thinking they are doing me a favor by letting me wear their clothes! The first time I was polite, the second I realized I was not the issue, they were. I never even received a response from customer service, simply a tracking email acknowledging shipment. So they HAD the product(s)....they just chose to provide no customer service until prodded to do so. I feel so turned off by this experience and will not be ordering from them again-which is sad because what I received I like. Someone in their shipping dept needs to get fired, they've lost someone who would have spent a significant amount of money purchasing their clothes in the future.

Disappointing Customer Support from a Luxury Brand

I contacted Karl Lagerfeld regarding a leather jacket that developed water stains. Despite providing detailed photos and product information, it took months and multiple follow-ups to receive a generic care guide — with a disclaimer and no responsibility taken.

What disappointed me most:
-The case was handled by an online store team with no access to older product data.
-Replies often arrived late at night, raising concerns about AI-generated responses.
-No confirmation that a qualified leather expert ever reviewed the case.

For a brand like Karl Lagerfeld, I expected professional support and accountability. Instead, I experienced a process marked by automation, deflection, and lack of ownership.

Terrible Customer Service

Terrible Customer Service
I accidentally placed a duplicate order due to a glitch on the Karl Lagerfeld Paris website and contacted customer service within 5 minutes. They refused to cancel the order and told me to return it, promising to waive the $6 return fee. I followed all instructions, but they still shorted me $15 on the refund.
Worst customer service I’ve experienced, other brands handle situations like this much better.

They Sent Me a Handbag With the Security Tag Still On!

I ordered a handbag directly from the Karl Lagerfeld website as a birthday gift for a friend who personally selected it. When it arrived, the security tag was still attached, making it completely unusable.

I contacted customer service multiple times and explained that I’m leaving the country soon and can’t return the item. Unfortunately, their response was cold and unhelpful. They kept repeating only two options:
1. Drive to the nearest Karl Lagerfeld store — which is an hour away, costing me about $150 in transportation, or
2. Ship the item back — which I clearly explained I cannot do, as the gift must travel with me.

I asked for an alternative, like sending me a tool to remove the tag (which, ironically, you can find on Amazon for a few dollars). They refused. No flexibility. No concern for the customer experience.

They promised I would get a call from corporate — that never happened. No follow-up, no email, no support. I’m now left with a gift I can’t use, just days before I leave the country. This situation has been both frustrating and embarrassing.

As a loyal customer, I expected much more from a luxury brand. Sadly, Karl Lagerfeld’s customer service has shown me they only care about the sale, not the people who trust them. I’ll never order from their website again, and I don’t recommend anyone else does either.

Would luv it if I recieved it

Ordered 3 shirts and a cardigan. I only received the 3 shirts in 2 orders. The 2nd delivered was tagged as my cardigan but it was the 3rd shirt. I emailed same day, then followed up on that same email a week later with zero acknowledgment of existence. I even called and was told to email. Extremely disappointed as I was hoping for this to become a go to brand for clothing.

Update: after 2 follow up I was refunded for my missing item.

I've ordered 2 items and only received


I've ordered 2 items and only received 1. I've called 4 times and it's been a whole month since I placed my order. They have proof that the item never left their shipping company. To date, they have not processed my refund. I've been doing online shopping for so long and never had an issue with any stores or company except for this one. Although I like their items, I will never order from this company again.

Buyer beware of this website

This website and its customer service are both a joke. Purchased a bag a month ago, they took my money and after taking it I get an email that the bag was in back order and they’ll let me know when it’s shipped. 2 weeks later still heard absolutely nothing from them so I called CS to find out they don’t have the bag and they’re so sorry. So they canceled my order just like that, said ID be refunded in 3-5 business days, again passed the time NOTHING. I called again asking to speak to a supervisor to hear they’re busy and a supervisor will call me back. 5 days have passed still NOTHING, not an email or a call. I’m out of my bag and my money. The lack of communication is outrageous, customers mean nothing to this company. Beware of this website, they’ll take your money without checking if they have the items you buy in stock then good luck getting your money back. Because they’re holding my money, now I have to file a dispute through my bank to get it back.

Terrible experience, item in order being cancelled and not notified, refund not in full

Long story short, unethical and poor customer service brand. Purposely placed order >$99 for free shipping but they cancelled 1 of the item in my order and mark order as fulfilled. After I call and send them pictures of what I received, I received refund which is less than what I paid for. Even rep cannot give me a logical explanation just quoting it was due to tax (as far as I understand, tax rates don't fluctuate). When I finally get to place another order of the same item without paying for shipping fees, the amount they collect was not what I received from the refund. Spoke to 4 CS reps and they all say different things. And one of the rep even said I need to pay shipping fees for a replacement because refund has been made. After being a fan and advocate for the brand, this terrible experience will probably make me stop buying from this company.

"I will escalate this up to management and they should respond in 3-5 days".... followed by ZERO response from anyone. I truly wonder if a management team even exists. I asked the rep if they (or I) could speak to a manager and they advised that there is no way to speak to a body. They are only able to send internal messages that, again, go unanswered. Customer service is clearly not a priority.
