Iâve never used this service - they are charging me a monthly fee
Iâve never used this service. I realized the end of January that it wasnât for me. I notified them the end of January to take me off their subscription list.
I received notification yesterday that my credit card was charged 2 monthly fees. Iâve tried to follow their directions to send email to customer service. The email was undelivered.
Please help!

New course and new content
After finishing the initial course there wasnât much else to do, however, now that there are new courses and audio content Iâm engaged with app on a daily basis and its building my knowledge and helping me to start seeing how Buddhism can become part of my life.

App Never Worked, Charged Anyway
Editing to say to the company that I've already been dealing with your horrible customer service.
I was never able to use the app - so it might be just fine - and after several emails with the company telling them it wasn't working and that I wasn't going to use it, they charged me and refused to provide a full refund. I couldn't locate any subscription info on the app (but it wasn't working right, so who knows?). I call SCAM.

Charged me $50 without any warning months after I signed up for emails only. I didnât even attach my card! Itâs not showing up in my account because I didnât actually have an account with them just emails. This app/site is a major scam. Fraud is a crime. I canât even contact anyone about this since they donât have a way for me to contact them without knowing the sender already. Iâve reported this to my bank but now I have to get a new card while on a trip somehow. DO NOT fall for this scam.
