I bought a mystery lever belt from them and when I did have a problem with my belt, I talked to customer service and they were very quick to get back with me and very friendly. I’m in love with my product and I hope to buy it from them again.

I ordered the incorrect sizes for my son and they’ve been incredibly helping with returning and getting me the correct size. Products are awesome!

I purchased the lever belt for my boyfriend’s birthday. I made the mistake of purchasing a small and immediately contacted customer support. They were so helpful and patient. I’ve never done a sore return before online so this was all confusing to me, but thankfully, they helped me step-by-step on how to do the return and make sure the instructions were clear. I had no problem returning the original small size and didn’t wait long for them to exchange it for an extra large. My boyfriend absolutely love the material and how it feels, says the design doesn’t look cheap and actually looks well made.

Finally received the belt and my son was pleased with the product.

I had make a mistake on my shipping information that caused for my package to be sent back. Although obviously annoying Harvey did a very good job at making this a speedy fix and ensuring everything was correct in order to assure I got my package.
