Chris was very nice. He arrived early and got right to work. The fence looks great and he helped us coordinate the fence in a tricky situation.

This now gives me peace of mind that the pool is safe. Even though it looked scary at 1st the walk through with Matt made me feel real confident that I can do this by my self.

We first used Katchakid when we purchased our home a little over 5 years ago. Our kids were young and we need a safety fence for the pool. It wasn’t the easiest installing as there were many levels to the fence but they made it happen. We recently (2026) had a pole break at the bottom from one of the kids leaning on it too hard and the alignment from our gate was off.
I called katchakid and they had someone out in a few days to fix it, and it was covered under warranty. Matt was our technician and he was so polite, and kind. He fixed our gate quickly and even showed me how to fix the swing gate door easily if it were to ever come off alignment again. We always recommend Katchakid to anyone looking for a pool safety fence.

Matt did a great job. He was punctual, courteous and left the job clean and orderly. He spent time to explain the best layout and how to use the fencing. Highly recommend. 😊
