Kate Minimalist レビュー

Horrible, non-existent customer service. Kyle refused to help. Blamed me for their error. All he had to do was cancel order. Charged double for product, delivery 2 weeks after order. STAY AWAY FROM THIS “company.”

BEWARE
Kyle is happy to talk to you until there is an issue....Cant return as they've stopped communicating. They have stolen money from an elderly deaf man.

DO NOT BUY from these SCAMMERS. KATE MINIMALIST IS A SCAM SITE

Bought for 381$, you cancelled it, saying you reimburse it. Did not reimbursed it. Phoned, wrote no answer. On your phones person speaking seem high or drink or both. They are professionnal thiefs.

Stay far away from them

This company is a scam. Stay away. I placed an order and about 5 days later got a message that they had tried to deliver my parcel but had an incomplete address and I need to transfer money to have it re-delivered. When I pressed the link they said they were going to transfer $1000.00. Luckily my bank stopped it. Stay away for your own safety. Mary Anne

Kate Minimalist lives up to their name. Minimal service or less. Shipped me the wrong product. Made me prove it was wrong with a photo. Offered a ridiculous 10% off the wrong product that I didn’t want. Refused to reship my order until they received the wrong order back. Shipped it back to them and now they are silent. No credit, no correct order. This company is a nightmare! Stay away!

Im very disappointed, not even sent e- mail letting me know where my order is.
My order is lost , I give you the right address and you send it to a wrong city, I want you take the responsability and send my order, review your mistakes or give me back my money.

I've been a patron of KateMinimalist for almost 2 years, placing numerous orders. Despite being in a different country, their consistently trackable deliveries have arrived promptly. The creams and vitamins I've purchased have been exceptional, especially the DMAE cream, which surpasses the quality of a similar product I used to buy elsewhere at a much higher price. Initially wary of their prices, I've come to find that their products, particularly the vitamins, boast excellent quality. Without a doubt, I've become a devoted and loyal customer.

We purchased gummies for our child from KateMinimalist.com, initially hesitant but encouraged by positive feedback from friends. The delivery took approximately 10 days, with intermittent tracking updates. Despite this, the gummies arrived and proved effective in helping our little one settle at bedtime. Our only qualm is that our child finds them too sour, and we wish there were alternative flavors available besides cherry!
