Scam scam scam scam!!!! Do not buy anything from this company. They are lying, dishonest, misleading, fraudsters. Their terms and conditions for refunds, subscriptions and recurring payments you didn't sign up for,
30 day money back guarantee, lifetime guarantees that need a warranty(!). They need to be shut down immediately. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Absolutely furious about this company. I ordered 2 titanium cutting boards for a total of $99 plus postage at $10.95. Their confirmation of my order came immediately as;

I immediately phoned them to cancel the extra two cutting boards they had added to my order - within minutes of getting the confirmation - to be told that my order had already been packed and dispatched! Within 10 minutes?
Several, ie 9, emails from TWO addresses
have not resolved the issue so….. BEWARE! DISHONEST COMPANY AND SCAM!
I did not receive the product. After several connections with customer service, an attempt was made to refund the expense through Capital One Visa. That was unsuccessful due to it being longer than 2 months since the purchase.
It’s a total scam buying directly from Katori. It’s more than twice the price on Amazon!!! AND THEY ADVERTISE THE PRICE TO BE 75% OFF???? Stay as far away as possible from these thieves!!!!
They state scratch proof, I paid $80 for this miniature cutting board and it’s loaded with scratches so I’m now ingesting heavy metals.
