Ordering was easy and communication was great. The delivery arrived within 24-hours and was exactly as ordered and packaged beautifully. I was a little worried about sizing, but it was perfect. My partner wears a small pant and is a 10C bra normally, so I ordered the small for both pieces and it was perfect.
I could not recommend KTL highly enough!

Honestly this company is terrible. I bought 2 items the Celeste slip & Hannah bra. The customer service is lovely prior to purchasing, BUT as soon as you’ve paid …it’s silent treatment to the max! So so frustrating!! I had a faulty item, sent 20 emails NO REPLY AT ALL. Nothing. They don’t care. So I reached out to Kate Nixon on Instagram - she’s the owner. Within an hour I got a reply! Sent back both items had confirmation that once the items arrive at their warehouse they will refund. Was delivered on Wednesday 13th August no reply, no refund so I followed up. Refunded for x1 item!!!!!! So I’ve sent 3 emails today at different times- no reply!! No bra, no refund.
Shopping there is not worth it. And the product is cheap, not supportive maybe with a bit of ruching or mesh overlay. Kmart is on the same level

This brand is not size-inclusive. I bought the Chateau underwire bra based on their size recommendation, exchanged it for a bigger size, and returned their largest size (XL) a final time because the fit was incorrect. For reference, my size was 10E. It is not a high-quality lingerie brand made for women of all sizes. This can be seen in the fact that they don't even list proper bra sizes for their bras: they simply give a range of sizes for each size, from sizes XS-XL. It's not size-inclusive because I am a size 10 AU and if I can't fit their XL, their lingerie must be made for teenagers. They do have cute PJs now though, maybe I'll try those.
