I have bought both the steak knives and santoku knife via Katto and have found the quality and customer service to be amazing. The knives are beautiful to look at and super sharp. The free knife sharpening service is also an excellent addition. Recommend.

Ordered my katto chefs knife, it arrived in very good quality and is an amazing knife to use. Had a minor issue cosmetically and this has been resolved super quickly! Amazing customer service, definitely recommend ordering from here!

Bought a seconds knife is fantastic

Sent my knives in for a free sharpening service. Over 6 weeks later, no clear update, no timeline, and poor communication. Holding customers’ personal property this long without transparency is unacceptable. Very disappointed.

Having ordered a few times from Katto, my experiences have been nothing but amazing. From the ordering to receiving to the the unique packaging that just adds a beautiful touch.

Recently I ordered the children's knife with hat. And was so happy when my nephew unpacked it on Christmas day. Being able to share my passion with younger generations, shows that Katto cares about it's longevity.

Have had my chef knife now for around 11 months and it hasn't once let me down. You can feel the quality and workmanship of the knife as soon as it is in your hand. If you love cooking 100% treat yourself!

Serrated knives are notorious for being stubborn to sharpen. So I have been using tired bread knives for too long. Until my new Katto knife arrived: big whoopee that I can cut bread and anything else a serrated knife is good for, with delightful ease. The quality is what you expect from Katto. The delivery great. The cutting, excellent.

I have purchase a few things from Katto now, and I am repeatedly impressed. It's such a great blend of form and function. I cannot recommend these products enough.
