DO NOT buy from this scam business. Ordered a coat but is way three sizes too small. Took over a month to arrive. Asked for a refund three months ago and nothing but radio silence. The prices are too good to be true because the goods are fake and there is zero customer service. TOTAL SCAM. AVOID!
Jumper arrived a month late, no Lacoste labels inside and poor quality. Asked for a refund and a month later no reply.
Absolute rubbish. This item was a Christmas present for my son that was delivered after the New Year and quite clearly, the item is fake!
It is not knitted as described, it is shiny, thin, see through material that has a white splash mark on - almost looks like bleach!!
I have a very disappointed son who is now a Christmas present down. I wouldnt have paid 50p for the item let alone £50!!
Now got to try and claim through PayPal to get my money back.

I placed my order on 13/12 and after several chase ups received 2 tracking details which are fake

When I tried to return dresses for different size, they ignore me, 100 bucks spent and they have not responded with exchange info. DO NOT ORDER WITH MELLUNO/KAVARO

All of the items they sell are poor quality fakes - do not buy from them. Currently pursuing a refund and will have to use Chargeback to get money back.
I ordered a 70£ quarter zip with an option as BOGOF so chose a blue color suede one
Parcel kept and kept on getting delayed
Finally came after a month
Just for it to be poor quality and a standard cotton quarter zip
Recommen shopping online elsewhere
