i never got my parcel. it was way overpriced - £20 for a set of very cheap, thin washi tape. i was never refunded either

It's A Scam
It's kinda a scam. They sell stuff from Ali Express and Wish for about double or 3x the price. 2 months shipping and no refunds or returns possible.
Edit: Notice how they didn't say anything about my claim on Ali and Wish? Yea? Okay, good. Then their returns, this is directly copied from their FAQ: "we currently are unable to offer returns for simple matters of you choosing a wrong size or changing your mind." So its true that they take back broken items but no real returns possible. They're trying to deny the fact that they were, and still are, a scam. By saying they take back broken items, those are the bare necessities, Kawaiibabe...

My experience was excellent
My experience was excellent. I purchased the Regal line tights. They explain clearly it will take a while to ship. 2 months I bought the cats butterflies and I think heavenly ( I’ve looked everywhere after finding on Pinterest.) I’m very happy w these, so feminine and lovely. I’m 140 pds 5’8. Cant find anything this beautiful from US sites unfortunately. Communication is polite and gracious. Thank you so much,

Very happy with my purchases :D
I have purchased the "Melody Lingerie Set", "Cherry Baby Cardigan", and the "Sailor Bunny Cosplay" so far and I have completely loved all 3. I do wish the shipping was a little faster, but it's free anywhere on any amount so I guess it's understandable. I waited around 4-5 weeks or so for my packages. Two came together and one came separately.
I had a question about sizing on the melody lingerie set and they got back to me in less than an hour which was awesome and surprising. I dont even get replies that fast from my own boyfriend lol! Very friendly service and really considerate. I have no complaints and will be purchasing again in the future since the selection is huuuuuuuuuge here! I really wish they had a "Wishlist" feature so I could keep track of things I still want to purchase. Overall, highly recommend this site, especially if you want quality kawaii clothes on a budget - so many great items for really great prices! A+++
