Placed order on Tuesday, it’s Friday night now and and my stuffs still not here (despite them claiming “fast UK delivery” on their website). There was no carrier or speed options when checking out despite this also being stated on their website. When I called them at 4:45 on Friday they had apparently already gone home and I got an answering machine telling me their opening hours were Monday-Friday 9-5. Finally they use DHL (one of the worst delivery companies in the UK) who said they collected my order on Thursday then on Friday they left a message saying “it seems like we haven't received your package”. When I tried to call them to ask them what was going on I predictably got an automated answering machine with no option to speak to anyone. Frustratingly poor service all round. I will be taking my business elsewhere in future.

Amazing service from Jack, I needed speakers and an amp which would work with blue tooth and also to support ARC HDMI, Jack was helpful on his suggestions offering me a cost effective package to do the job, I fired a number of questions and he came back each time explaining what I required, even when I had a problem with the original amp not working correctly, Jack made a suggestion to an alternative which worked perfectly, the exchange process was smooth and quick, highly recommended service and would not hesitate to order from again in the future.

Bought a Wiim Ultra from KB Audio.
Probably the best bit of HiFi kit I've ever purchased.
It's brought new life to my 90's HiFi allowing it to stream from my NAS or the internet, play sound from my TV (sounds like I'm in the cinema now), sound from my laptop via Bluetooth and give the facility to add a subwoofer which I'll be doing shortly.
The Wiim Ultra is an incredible piece of kit that has huge flexibility and a perfect partner for your beloved old amp and speakers.

Customer pre-sales support is poor. I asked for recommendations for an 'in-ceiling bluetooth speaker for over a bath'. The first suggestion was a Lithe speaker, which I had to point them at the manufacturer support site which says 'not over a bath', but they said it's fine, until I pointed them at their own website which says 'minimum 600mm clearance'. They then recommended a different passive speaker, but recommended a 'non-ceiling' amplifier. Then suggested a device requiring an extra hole...
