KBCo are a multi-disciplinary construction practice, providing support to the construction industry at all levels including; Developers Designers Solicitors Main Contractors Subcontractors and SME’s Domestic Builders and Tradesman. Whilst we are well located to serve the midlands, we operate nationally and can conduct on site meetings and surveys as well as meetings in our offices which can accommodate meetings from 2 to 50 people, with various interactive function rooms available. Alongside this, our construction arm is backed by a highly skilled and dedicated team. We pride ourselves on our flexibility and expertise, delivering everything from small domestic projects to complex, large-scale commercial developments. We firmly believe that by investing in KBCo our clients reap a larger financial return and protection from risks for their business. We work efficiently to meet the brief given, but also provide ongoing support to ensure projects and tasks are progressing as intended. We operate an open approach so that our clients feel they have a full time commercial function they can turn to without the overhead of a permanent quantity surveyor or estimator. Our staff are trained to meet the needs of the services provided including SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid and keep up with the latest changes in the law and industry requirements. もっと見る
