As a first time buyer, Kuani has been invaluable in my buying process. He is always clear in explaining the entire process, and answering all of my questions very promptly. Kuani is transparent, clear, and very helpful. I highly recommend, especially for first time buyers.

I received my mortgage offer very quickly with very good rates, and Kuani quickly set me up with some highly rated solicitors. He is always there to answer my questions if any pop up and he ensures I understand each step of the way.

Kuani is an honest and efficient broker. So far, the process has been smooth and well explained. Kuani managed to lock-in a mortgage product at a great rate (this rate was better than comparison sites because of some tips he gave me in the mortgage setup). Rates have since gone up, so I'm extremely happy to have this product locked-on.
After personally having trouble with different solicitor's quotes, Kuani also recommended a solicitor to me. Thus far, they appear professional and reliable, however, I'm currently only in the process of filling out the first bundle of documentation, so will update this review if there are any issues further down the line.
Kuani is fast to respond when I need him to, yet patient when I'm required to work on documentation alongside my busy schedule.
As somebody who would never have previously used a broker (would have liked to go straight to lender to save money), I'm pleasantly surprised to now be saving some money as a result of using Kuani.
