We had a great experience working with Kebbell Homes on two recent features for The New Build Show.

From the outset, the team were organised, responsive and clearly take pride in the quality of what they deliver. The homes themselves were finished to a high standard, and it made the filming process seamless on our side.
What stood out most was how collaborative and easy the team were to work with throughout. Everything was well prepared, which allowed us to focus on capturing the story and presenting the developments in the best possible way.

A pleasure to work with and we’d happily collaborate again in the future.

Just purchased a 3 bed semi-detached from Kebbell Homes.We looked at all new builds and are not a patch on the homes Kebbell are building. They are very spacious, white goods and built-in wardrobes included in price. Top quality finish including the garden. Jayne in sales is so friendly and can not do enough for you an absolute credit the company. Nathan and Brian on the construction side dealt with any snagging straight away and was a pleasure to deal with.

The whole team are great. Friendly, helpful, kind and caring. We feel like Nathan, John, Brian, Jayne & team are now our friends. No matter how busy they are they will always help with any little thing. We absolutely love our new house and are very very happy with the quality and finish. We are really proud of our home and would highly recommend Kebbell.

Excellent high quality finish to the Kebbell apartment we bought at Meadow Court. The developers were very professional and the after sales team are very approachable and efficient. The quality of the kitchens and bathrooms are very high spec. We love living here!

Excellent and friendly people to deal with- thank you to everyone especially Karry who helped me so much on my moving experience. My apartment is everything I hoped for and the standard of the build and interior is first class !! I couldn’t fault anything- PERFECT

The finish of the Homes is top quality and I'd certainly reccomend this company to any potential buyers. The quality of products such as the kitchens and tiles is top of the range compared to the other house builders in the same area.

As a contractor working for Kebbell Homes Ltd at the Cornelian Fields Development, we enjoy working alongside a company who's always striving to produce the best product possible for their customers, along with a good Specificaton. We have a good relationship having worked with them for over 10 years with positive communication between our Engineers, the Site Management and Customer Care. we would highly recommend buying a Kebbell Home

Amazing! The homes are finished to such a high standard at Kebbell's Cornelian Fields site and the quality was certainly matched by amazing service by Sophie and the team! Thank you!

We bought a 4 bedroom house with integral garage in Scarborough during COVID, taking occupation in August 2021 the whole process went without a hitch! All the staff were very helpful and professional. The snagging list was very small and everything was dealt with to our complete satisfaction.
Three and half years has now elapsed and we are still delighted with the design and finish. Needless to say we consider Kebbell to be an excellent organisation that build excellent houses at a very fair price.

I’ve had a great experience with Kebbell, I’ve lived in my house just over 2 years and the service has been great.. The sales teams were fantastic and the aftercare from the site manager and his team has been brilliant. I can’t fault them at all..

Well 12 years after a new build Kebbell home, the Sunningdale residents are STILL trying to get Kebbell to attend to their defects.

I would never recommend them !

We had a lucky escape, the finish and quality of what was on show within a ‘finished’ home was appalling. You know it’s bad when the sales assistant says ‘Ignore the finish, I’m not happy with it, the boys are fixing it’.

Escape while you can. Other developers offer more for their money!

Run by a bunch of incompetent conmen who are only interested in taking your money and saving as much as possible. They'll promise you everything and once you sign they're not interested and come up with every excuse. Don't fall into the trap and do some research. Speak to other local developers Keepmoat, Linden and David Wilson. Their homes, service and aftercare is far superior overall

Kebbell are really good at selling homes but very poor at helping when anything goes wrong after Uve bought your house.

Fantastic quality house at Cornelian Fields. Jill in the Sales office is absolutely lovely and helpful for any questions we had. We still pop in to say hi because we had such a pleasurable experience with her. Kebbell built our dream house. No major snags and any we did have were fixed pretty quickly.
Love how much is included as standard, saving us thousands.

Would recommend to anyone. Especially Cornelian Fields. It is an amazing place to live.

My wife and I have just moved into our brand new Kebbell new build property!!

All I can say is pinch me! The quality of the property is absolutely incredible, beautiful house in a wonderful location (Cornelian Fields).

Kebbell Homes are cynically profiteering from the current Covid 19 crisis. In March they offered us a £6000 incentive to reserve our new home in Cornelian Fields, Scarborough - to be paid to us upon completion after we had paid this amount in stamp duty.

This was before the 'stamp duty for homebuyers' holiday announced in early July.

A day after we exchanged contracts (yes really!) in late July we had a phone call from our solicitors to say Kebbell had decided not to pay us the incentive after all. We had no option at that point to withdraw from the purchase.

Like many families we've had a tough time this year. and it's our opinion Kebbell Homes has cynically decided that it is they - not the homebuyer - that should profit from the Chancellor's announcement.

Kebbell have taken taxpayers money that was never intended by the government to be theirs. Presumably they've done this across the board and reneged on contractual agreements with all the new buyers they've offered incentives to.

Their financial spreadsheets must look extremely positive compared to how they looked six months ago. All at the behest of their buyers.

Other developers have acted in the best interests of their 'customers' (that's obviously a word Kebbell doesn't understand) and they have honoured their agreements with them. Shame on Kebbell Homes.

The fact they don't have a presence on any review site speaks volumes for them.
