Simply did not receive the order, already more than a month passed. When I asked for updates - an answer was that I have to call a hot line of royal post and check myself. good luck with such a service guys

With previous orders I cannot fault the service however it’s been a week since I placed my recent order (paid for next day delivery) and still not received, apparently a mix up of couriers which is fair enough so I was promised they’d resend which is great and that I’d receive an email with tracking details. I have not received any email and have been chasing for a tracking number since. Please can you send me tracking details

I left very clear instructions to the delivery driver, which they ignored. Subsequently, I haven't received my order. I will not be using this service again.

Bestellung und Lieferung alles ok, dann kam allerdings noch Zoll drauf. Zusätzliche Kosten zu Lieferkosten.
Fazit: keine Bestellungen mehr nach England

I received my order in good time but a few items were damaged. I have attempted to contact them several times via email and via the phone number on the website which has a dead tone. Can't get through to them. I'm hoping they'll see this and respond....

Ordered on Thursday afternoon and paid £14.99 for Saturday delivery, DPD had the parcel near Manchester till Sunday morning and my order was delivered Sunday 2.30pm.
Response from keep blazing was busy due to festive season, not really a good response, do not advertise a delivery if you can not deliver on that day.
