Before meeting Ross, I was quite a low esteemed person and honestly I was missing someone truly confidential to whom I would feel open enough to freely express my personal life concerns.

I am so thrilled having met Ross and very proud to have him as my Coach. I have always had very impressive, educative and empowering sessions and/or moments ever since I met him as my life-coach.

Ross has really supported me to understand my power, gaining a sense of love, growing into a resilient giant, setting goals and attaining desired results, realizing my potential and finding solutions, to mention a few.

Within a few sessions with Ross, I was able to make significant improvement in how I managed my time and concentration during a particularly stressful and busy time. Ross was able to untangle my worries and offer practical solutions so I could focus on achieving my goals with a positive mindset. We were also successful in identifying my core values and personal & career goals, which helped paint a clearer direction in my life. He is also the best cheerleader anyone could ask for! Ross is a fantastic coach! He holds the space for his clients well, allowing them to comfortably explore their topics. Plus, his positive energy and desire to help others absolutely shine in his sessions!

Ross is an amazing coach!! I've had several sessions with Ross and they've all been valuable experiences. We covered a different topic each time and they all felt very personal and tailored. I've gained a lot from each one: things like the 'breathing techniques' and 'commitment schedules' have been really constructive, and I've found myself using them regularly since. He's very comprehensive in his approach. Being in the music industry myself, I really noticed how Ross' music background gave a unique spin on each session - he's not just a really talented life coach, he also gets music. That really stood out for me. 10/10 - highly recommended!!

So , I was struggling with making friends and didn’t have any idea where my life was heading . I didn’t have any aim or goals so I had my few lessons with Ross , fast forward I’m living a life I always wanted , got married and I’m absolutely loving my life . I don’t struggle to make contacts or make friends anymore . I really want to thank Ross for this .. Thank you for everything you did for me and Good luck .

Ross really helped me make sense of what I wanted to achieve. Without Keep It Real Coaching I don't think I would have worked out what I really wanted to do and make it happen. A great service run by a humble person who helped me decide exactly what I needed to do to improve my career myself.
