Had a fine experience with Keeps for a while, but after a bit, they kept sending me my prescription earlier and earlier, so I had a stockpile of medication. They also didn't honor a discount I received. When I tried to cancel, they still shipped my final prescription after I had given them notice not to. Absolutely not worth the "convenience." Just go with Amazon or your local men's health clinic.

This company is a sham subscription based service which of course means they make it ridiculously hard to cancel your service at any time. I canceled my service over a year ago and they charged and sent me a “refill” 6 months ago and yesterday. I have not even opened the one from 6 months ago due to again, not liking the product. I called them and they shoved me off the phone and told me to wait for an email from their billing department, I’ll give you one guess on how that went. I offered to send both boxes back for a refund and they declined. RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. DO NOT INTERACT WITH THEM. ANOTHER SLIMY GREEDY COMPANY.

This company's website is easy to navigate, and its customer service team has been quite responsive in my experience. There was one occasion on which an order of mine was delayed, but the issue was addressed swiftly, so even with that I've been pretty satisfied with Keeps. They've done a great job with the rest of my orders, and I've been a customer for several years now.

This is fraud company. They promote 50$ refund for trustpilot reviews - then dont even pay! All these 5 star feedbacks are PAID - DO NOT TRUST THESE REVIEWS! THIS IS FAKE - FRAUD REVIEWS

Great product. Seeing signs of new hairgrowth within the suspected time. Hair never felt better. 

Keeps has provided great service since day 1. Product works (my hair isn’t falling out anymore) and the customer service has always been helpful and timely. It was easy to set up treatment, and easy to pause refills if necessary. I moved and accidentally had my order sent to my old address clear across the country, and they sent me a new order to my new address free of charge. I would recommend to anyone looking for help keeping their hair in their head.

Reliable company with lower prices than the same brand name products. They replaced a few items that were damaged during shipping quickly and easily. Make sure to keep track of your subscriptions as items cannot be cancelled or returned once an order is placed. Solid experience without having to see a doctor in-person.

Website uses AI dogshit to scan photos, will literally force you to take a picture over and over again because it doesn't recognize the back of a human head.

Easy to order, ships on time.

I was greatly surprised, once I started using Keeps it only took 3 to 4 week for my hair to really start falling out! Now that I use this product I have far less hair than ever before, it would be great to know how long before it starts to grow back? I have been using the product well over a year and I am becoming very concerned. When should I expect this product to start working?

Its cheaper to quit and either shop competition or become a new customer through a promotion. They rip off their existing customer base with high prices while running 50% promotions for new customer aquisition.

I like the product and I feel that it works for me but the website and customer service falls short a lot. Customers should be able to order the product when they need to and not have to auto ship and pull from our bank account every 3 months. Also, many times when I go onto the website to adjust shipping dates, it will error out and it becomes very frustrating.

I haven't noticed losing any hair since using Keeps. I'm satisfied!

Great customer support and products! Way better than Hims and Ro. I would recommend keeps over every other hair growth service!

Seems like it works to slow my loss, but not fully stop it (although it's hard to say if that's the product's fault or just my genetics).

I've had nothing but positive and consistent results partnering with Keeps. I haven't lost any hair since I started utilizing their services.
Furthermore, the subscription process was easy and user friendly. The doctor Ive been partnered with has always been helpful, efficient and friendly. Plus, I'm followed up with (regarding progress) regularly.
I believe the company truly cares about their products and their patients.
Lastly, I've found their costs to be competitive.
I've been very happy with their services and support. Wouldn't change a thing.

I had recently moved and forgot to change the address in my keeps account to the new location. This resulted in my prescription being delivered to the old address with no way of retrieving it. After a quick phone call, keeps was not only able to easily update my address but was actually able to immediately send a replacement order free of charge to my new address. I didn't have to miss any days taking my medication thanks to this. Very happy with how helpful everyone was.
