I've been using Keeps for about 3 years now and I am very happy with the results. I started with the minoxidil and finasteride combo and I started noticing results about 3 months after I began the treatment. Within 5 months I had thicker hair like how it used to be. Getting my confidence back was invaluable! I've also had great customer service experiences as well. Anytime I reach out they are able to help resolve any issues right away. I would definitely recommend Keeps!

It was good till I had no extra cash to keep up with the subscription but it did do the job when I was using it

I don't know yet. I've finally been able to be consistent and I have seen some new hairs. But not anything overwhelmingly convincing. It's been just shy of 3 months so maybe I'll come back after a year. The price is a little wild in comparison to the market but atleast I have seen enough to be hopeful.

Keeps Finasteride and minoxdil Is honestly the truth. I have brittle hair and my lining was slowly going back as im almost 30 yrs old. i chanced a subscription from it and got stubbles of hair popping back up in the 4th week of being patient. Ive been using it for a year now and some of my hair lining came back and areas in the crown of my head refilled. I give them a 10/10 its pretty worth it, just be patient and take it daily. If my nappy hair can grow back im sure anyone elses can

I noticed significant results after about 6 months of using the product and have been using now for over 2 years. It's convenient, right about the time I'm running out my new shipment arrives.

I have been with Keeps since 2022 . They gave actually provided me with excellent service everytime . The response time for any questions was within 24 hours . I am continuing to use their hair loss product and it as worked very well for me . No new hair loss for the last 2 years and regrowth of hair along my hair line and top of head making me look 10 years younger .

Canceled the subscription, they claimed I didn't and charged/shipped the product. After going back and forth with their customer service via help at keeps.com email, the subscription is still open.

The product is fine, but its the same that you can buy everywhere else. But the company billed me for over $500 for products that never shipped. Fraudulent and arrogant .

Awful company, absolutely terrible customer service. The product is fine but other companies offer the exact same product for 40% less and good customer service

I cancelled my subscription in June 2025. I received a charge from keep.com on my credit card in July 2025. When I contacted their support, I was told that I renewed my subscription, completed a consultation, and placed an order in July. I did not renew, do any consultation, or place any orders after cancellation. When I checked my account, there were additional medications I never requested or ordered on my upcoming delivery.

When I contacted their support, I was told that the charges could not be refunded.

This company is nothing but a scam. You try to cancel and they keep billing you and adding products to your subscription. Stay away from them.
