Google cal integration is so helpful. Keep rolling out new features like mapping rules, which are great and help save time on recurring tasks. Easy to go back and add notes after you've entered time. I wish I could see project burn for all projects I'm attached to in project view vs timesheet view, but it's pretty user friendly for my needs!

My small business has experienced seamless conversion To Kieto from Harvest. The importation of over 15 years our data was flawless. I had one unusual. Request that I made. Keito is rapidly growing into my favorite time-keeping tool of all time. It's super easy to use, and their support team is very responsive. They add all my feature requests within days. I wish all project management platforms were like this! (Plus, the price simply can't be beat.)

I have been using Keito for my invoicing and expenses for about three months now and it just works. I migrated from another product after 12 years which raised its prices by 8x the amount I was paying and I only had one month to move away from the service.

Keito's migration tools saved me a lot of time and hassle. I had eveything migrated within two days and my small business was able to continue on with no slowing down.

It took a bit to get used to Keito's UI, but it has now grown on me.

Easy to import my Harvest account over to Keito.
Interface is good, but not quite as intuitive as Harvest is yet, but getting there.
Steady improvements to the service and features added since I signed up a few months ago, happy to have moved over to Keito.

After being a Harvest customer, I finally decided enough was enough.

Continual price increases, declining customer service and a seemingly stagnant product roadmap made it increasingly difficult to justify the cost. I was paying more and more without seeing any meaningful improvements in features, functionality or the overall customer experience.

That’s when I discovered Kieto, and I genuinely wish I’d made the switch sooner!

The onboarding experience has been exceptionally straightforward, the platform is intuitive, and the value for money is absolutely outstanding. The price point is incredibly competitive, particularly when compared with what Harvest now charges.

It’s refreshing to find an alternative that delivers what you need without making you feel like you’re being taken for a ride.

If you’re currently using Harvest and questioning whether you’re getting value for money, I’d strongly recommend giving Kieto a try.

For me, switching was an absolute no-brainer. I won’t be looking back!
