The service is amazing, they delivered on time and customer service is top notch. Exceded my expectations.

Great communication! I spoke with drivers, schedulers, and salespeople; they were all very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Tables and chairs were clean and in good condition.

I used them a couple years ago and didn’t even consider using a different company this time around.

Kelly Rentals is an outstanding company. We placed an order with them and they delevered the products in perfect form and within the time span they promissed. The delivery man was very knowledgeable, professional and kind. He called me approximately 30 minutes before his estimated time of delivery; he was prompt on arrival. Also, management sent me a detailed description of my order, including time of delivery and pick up time. I am very pleased with this company, and highly recommend it to anyone who is in need of their products. Obviously supreme customer service is a priority for Kelly Rentals

I've ordered a few times and every time it's a great experience! The communication from when you make the order to when you receive the items is amazing! The staff is always so friendly and quick. I definitely recommend them for you next event!

We hosted a family reunion and needed tables and chairs. Ordering the tables and chairs was so easy, we were not a large order customer but we were treated so well. I felt like I was the most important customer to them. Oscar delivered and picked up the tables and chairs, he was so kind and very efficient. I will be using them again next year for our family reunion.

With the help of Kelly rentals my event in Coppell Texas 9/2/2023 was phenomenal their supplies and support were exactly what was needed and there was no problem with them providing drop off and pick up I will highly recommend them to others.

Kelly Rentals was fantastic! We were in a pinch before our daughters birthday party and needed chairs to accommodate seating for everyone. Kelly was able to get us exactly what we needed with only 1 days notice. Their customer service was superb and even worked with us when we were going to have a later drop off than originally agreed to, THANK YOU KELLY RENTALS! I am extremely disappointed with Kelly Rentals and would strongly advise against using their services. First and foremost, they failed to provide the services outlined in our agreement, making my rental experience highly frustrating. Additionally, their communication is abysmal, with unanswered calls and unreturned emails, leaving me feeling neglected and ignored. To make matters worse, when it came time to return my security deposit, they did everything in their power to avoid doing so, coming up with flimsy excuses and hidden fees that were never authorized. It is clear that Kelly Rentals prioritizes profit over customer satisfaction, engaging in unethical practices such as unauthorized charges. Save yourself the headache and find a more reputable rental company that values their customers and honors their agreements.

Everything was great with Kelly rentals. The price, the timeliness, the quality of the tables and chairs and how professional they were on the phone and at the delivery and pickup site. I loved working with them.
