Very fast and great to follow up with any queries

I had an urgent job to complete. Needed new custom-made gaskets. Measured it, created a dxf file for laser cutting, and sent it to Kemtron. I asked Tim if could it be done soon.
One and a half later, it was ready for collection.

I thought finding replacement food grade seals for some jars would be difficult if not impossible with such a small order, but from the first email Kemtron were kind, efficient, professional and took care of everything for me. Kemtron produces high-quality products at reasonable prices, and with fast turnaround. Nothing more needs to be said. We have no reason to buy seals or gaskets elsewhere.

Maker of obsolete-model sewing-machine ( NOVUM ) could not offer replacement drive-belt when the original snapped, nor could they recommend any alternative source.
When KEMTRON was contacted and the drive-belt's dimensions discussed, it was clear that an O-ring was a match for the original and available from stock.
With credit-card details forwarded, KEMTRON arranged same-day despatch - the item arrived next day, was fitted and the machine runs perfectly.
