We pool member savings to fund verified property developments across Abuja. When the properties sell, we distribute returns back to our members. Whether you're saving towards wealth-building or exploring land banking opportunities, Kendee is built to help you grow your money through real estate — one project at a time. Our platform offers two core products: Save-2-Own allows you do save monthly under no pressure of timeline and your funds will be accruing profit until you decide the type and location of property you want to own. Then we provide it for you. Save-2-Grow allows you to save monthly and accrue profile that can be withdrawn after a particular tenure. Members enjoy an average annual return of 19–25%, with project tenures of 12–18 months. Kendee was founded by Andrew Ogaga with a singular mission: to democratize real estate investment in Nigeria. With properties verified by the FCDA and regulatory compliance under SCUML and the Federal Ministry of Labour and Employment, Kendee operates with full transparency and integrity.

Kendee offers a secure and reliable way to tap into the Abuja real estate market. I began by saving small amounts on the platform and earned up to 20% returns over time. As my savings grew, I was eventually able to afford an apartment in one of their ongoing developments. If you're looking to access FCDA-approved lands or Off-plan offers in prime locations within Abuja without the risk of scams, I highly recommend saving with Kendee.

Experience with KENDEE #Best investment platform

At first, I thought Kendee might be too good to be true. But I saw my investment grow at 20% interest return investment as promised, something that I had been promised but burnt by other platforms before.
I experienced smooth and seamless transactions right from the pilot phase to now.
Here, money doesn't idle away because you don't just save, every dime works to make more for you.
My school, Heritage Model School, Zaki-Biam has fully committed to Kendee for the savings of our staff.
