1st class customer service from both Richard and Robert initially on the purchase of various spare parts that I haven't been able to source anywhere else, and then on the freely given advice and guidance on how to proceed with repairs. I witnessed at first hand the care and commitment shown towards other customers vehicles and would not hesitate to use Kenmore. Robert has years of experience and an encyclopaedic knowledge of caravans and I am indebted to him for his assistance. My only regret is that the company is over 240 miles away from me! I should also mention Brendon and Mark from sales who were very helpful and have guided me towards the right choice if and when I do upgrade my caravan which I would happily buy from them.

Spoke to Darren who was very polite and helpful in us to order a new locking barrel for our Swift caravan.
Would certainly use Kenmore Caravans again.

As complete newcomers to caravanning, we came in with a picture in our minds of what we thought we needed, like a twin axle. Thankfully, with Mark’s outstanding knowledge and guidance, we were steered towards a caravan that not only suited our needs but was also practical and safe for us to tow.

The whole team made the experience so easy, reassuring, and enjoyable. We couldn’t be happier with the service we received. Even though after they had nothing in at the time for us last week and knowing they potentially was not going to actually take our money, their professionalism and knowledge really outshone and we was adamant we wanted to purchase via Kenmore.

That being said, we are now the proud owners of our very first caravan from Kenmore! Which we are due to collect next week!

What a lovely family-run company! I visited the service centre for advice and a part and Robert gave very clear and practical guidance and sold me what he says I'll need to fit the part with a small discount for cash payment at the counter. Everybody was very friendly and they clearly know their stuff.

This is the 2nd brand new caravan we have bought from Kenmore Caravans dealing with Mark (sales) and Robert (the owner), nothing is too much trouble, very knowledgeable company, dead easy to deal with very friendly. Would recommend without any hesitation..

I accidentally broke my battery box door off its hinges.. The lovely friendly staff helped me to sort out the right parts and got them in the post straight away and they arrived the next day. I am so grateful for the friendly advice as I hadn't tackled anything this challenging before. Full marks all round. I'm very happy and Will recommend them to friends 😊

Poor customer service - tried to charge towards the cost of a repair that was covered by warranty on a vehicle I was trading in. I was unable to speak to management and the salesman was very unreasonable. Only positive was I got my deposit back.

Great service. Best place for parts always got what you need and always ready to advise and communicate well.
