He was very friendly, responded very quickly to every emails and phone calls , well updated every time with clearly and more ever he sort out all with in a weak . Difficult to get hold of, never reply to emails and at the end of your agreement they decide to slap a final purchase fee on that wasn't explained when first enquiring. Fantastic equipment but shocking support. AVOID!!!

In response to your automated reply, there is no point in emailing because if you actually read the review left it clearly says DIFFICULT TO GET HOLD OF AND NEVER REPLIES TO EMAILS!!!
I would rather struggle and go without thank use this company again
