Decided to use Ken Rhodes for several reasons, one is that we support local businesses when possible and two, they have good reviews which is critical. The ordering and survey was straightforward regarding our replacement sliding patio door which was fitted yesterday. I'm happy with the superior quality of the door, it's been fitted quickly and professionally, with little disturbance to the structure of the wall, the finishing trim touches were excellent,covering ill fitting wall and floor tiles so it all looks much neater than before, the fitters were polite and cleared up any mess, and the payment option was clear and straightforward. All in all we are very happy with our new door and the process from start to finish. Easily would recommend KR for sliding patio doors.

Salesman was relaxed. No hard sell and easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. Fitting team were really experienced, customer focussed, thoughtful and considerate to customer needs. Product was great quality.

Every one that we have delt with from start to finish have been very professional and efficient. The frame fitted perfectly, the very large sliding doors run smoothly. The whole installation took less than four hours and the finish is very good.

Customer service is really bad wouldn’t recommend

I recently had French doors and windows installed by Ken Rhodes Group, and I couldn’t be happier with both the quality of the work and the exceptional customer service I received throughout the process.

From start to finish, every member of the team was professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to deal with. Jordan was my first point of contact—friendly, responsive, and patient with my many questions, making me feel confident in choosing Ken Rhodes for the job. Phil was fantastic throughout, bringing deep expertise and reassurance, even when juggling a busy workload. Jane in the office was also incredibly helpful and friendly - dealing with things quickly and without fuss.

A special mention goes to Martin and Alan, whose craftsmanship and attention to detail were outstanding. The ornamental brick façade they crafted above the French doors was a real highlight—beautifully in keeping with the Georgian style of my property. Their skill, work ethic, and commitment to getting things right rather than cutting corners was deeply reassuring.

Nick and his son handled the window and door installation efficiently and professionally, ensuring everything was fitted to a high standard. Meanwhile, Harry and Laurence came in afterward to make fine adjustments, demonstrating the company’s commitment to getting the details just right.

Of course, with any building project, challenges arise, but what really stood out was how Ken Rhodes Group handled everything with fairness, professionalism, and reasonableness. When unexpected issues came up, they were open to discussions and worked with me to find a fair and reasonable resolution. That level of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction is rare, and I truly appreciate it.

I wouldn’t hesitate to highly recommend Ken Rhodes Group to anyone looking for quality craftsmanship, excellent service, and a company that truly cares about its customers.

From start to finish, whatever the job, you can be assured of the best attention at all times. Our new front door looks absolutely fabulous. They all played a significant part from the receptionist in the shop, to the estimator, to the surveyor and finally to the fitter. And Ken too for his advice.

The two young men Grant and Dan,
worked very hard to put up my lean to conservatory.
They had to cope with hailstones and low temperatures.
They were like a breath of fresh air.
I like the fact that they stopped for lunch,
unlike the previous window fitters that rushed through the day, and just seemed to be in a hurry to get somewhere else.
They were polite, didn’t ask for anything.
Robin came to oversee the work, very reassuring.
They did a marvellous job.

The task was to replace our old conservatory with an extension with bifold doors on two sides and a ceiling lantern. The price quoted was guaranteed not to increase and we were happy to proceed with the plans that were drawn up. The company supplied us with a schedule of works that they kept too and Robin, the building control manager kept in touch through out the entire job paying us a number of visits to check on each stage of the work.
Each team of workmen who came were polite and courteous. The first team removed the old conservatory in around 4 hours. Next the builders David and Ed laid the extra foundations, built the walls and dug out and laid the soak away. They had to work in very cold weather and did a great job in testing conditions. Next we had the top team Grant and Dan who fitted the flat roof, the lantern, the bifold doors, all the trims and removed the existing patio doors that separated the existing lounge to the conservatory. They again worked in very cold weather and did a first class job. They were prompt and very tidy and super efficient… really nice guys. The top top team then came and covered the roof with a protective coating and provided an excellent finish to the roof. The electrician Nick then came and fitted the spot lights and an additional fuse box under the stairs and checked all the electrics were working in the new extension. We then had the plasterer who transformed a shell of a new extension into a part of our home with expert plastering and by latexing the floor.
As we do have a sideway all the materials had to come through the house and as we had only redecorated the hallway, I asked them to be careful not to chip paintwork or mark the walls. Each team who came were brilliant not causing any damage to the decoration which was some achievement considering the amount of material coming in and out of the house. Well done to you all.

Had an absolutely seamless experience working with Ken Rhodes. Jordan at the beginning made sure we knew exactly what we are buying, the surveyor was thorough and polite and Harry then was communicative through the installation process. The windows and doors were installed all on time and are of amazing high quality. In a competitive market they offered the lowest prices without a hard sell. So glad I chose Ken Rhodes!

The lock mechanism of the external door installed in our beautiful conservatory that was constructed by Ken Rhodes , failed on New Year’s Eve.
They promptly sent out a fitter to install a new replacement.
This was replaced free of charge as under guarantee.
Excellent company who endeavour to resolve any problems or concerns their customers might have.

I have been extremely pleased and impressed by my experience with Ken Rhodes Group. From the moment I contacted the office to ask for an estimate, the service and attention from everyone involved has been exemplary. The estimate was completed and sent via email within a day of the home visit. The price quoted was so competitive that I could not entertain any of the other quotes I had received. As soon as I paid the deposit they arranged for a surveyor to attend the next day to do a complete and accurate measure. A date was arranged for the work to be done and the communication from the company was amazing. Even minor glitches around the coordination with scaffold erectors was dealt with promptly and without any delay to the job timings. All the tradesmen who worked on the job were professional, polite and courteous. They treated my house with respect and made sure that everything was clean and tidy before they left. The job was completed on time and to a very high standard. The final finish was so good I did not even have to redecorate around the new windows.

From the start to the end it was seamless - Maggie managed to get me an interest free loan and the guys at the showroom were excellent especially Jordan who took time to discuss my options and showed me samples
The quality looked good and they were able to do the things I wanted
The transaction went through on time and the products came on time and fitted all in the space of a few weeks
A surveyor came and took the final measurements and the fitter side an excellent job with no mess and the finished product looks good without me having to do any touch up on the decorating front - I really cannot fault the company and I am sure if I do have any problems they would come and sort it out

I had my first Windows,doors and conservatory installed, by KR, in 2006. All look as good as then, so I have had a Solid, tiled roof, put on the conservatory, hoping to insulate more efficiently.
Today it was completed.From Robin, project manager,to Justin's team,who did new facia & gutters, Barry,Jake &Kai, who installed the roof, Terry,electrician, and the plasterers, a big thankyou, for a great job. Everyone respected my home, worked extremely hard and I love my new conservatory. Also, to Jo,who does the initial workings.
I wouldn't hesitate to use Ken Rhodes ,and all his workers are a credit to the company. Many thanks all.

As promised 4 weeks later I cant thank them enough for their total professionalism and honesty. The installation of the windows and doors is brilliant and my parents are simply over the moon.
