I had the privilege of spending time observing at KRIDA under Suresh Sudula, and it was one of the most valuable learning experiences I've had. As a high school student interested in medicine as well as in learning about the different healthcare systems around the world, I came in expecting to mostly watch from the corner, but instead I was taught a huge amount about the MSK side of medicine. Suresh explained the reasoning behind every procedure as he performed it. Why a diagnostic injection comes before a therapeutic one, why steroid injections are capped, how the different ultrasound probe frequencies change what you can see at depth. He let me handle the ultrasound myself and test it on my own body, guiding me through what I was seeing on the screen, allowed me to record procedures where patients had given their consent so I could review them later, and brought me into meetings so I could see the side of clinical work students almost never get access to.

What stood out just as much was how he treated his patients. He took the time to explain things in plain language and made people feel listened to, and he told me directly that bedside manner and kindness matter as much as technical skill. Watching a patient regain movement in a shoulder she'd struggled with for years, and seeing her reaction, is something I won't forget.

I learned an enormous amount here. I'd recommend this clinic to anyone looking for MSK care, and to any student lucky enough to learn from him.

I was in extreme pain caused by acute calcific tendonitis when I went to see Suresh. He is very kind and understanding and extremely knowledgeable. Suresh explained my procedure in detail to me and I have since made a full recovery. I would highly recommend him.

The appointment was on time. Suresh was charming and informative. He scanned my hip and advised that an injection followed by rest and light exercise would help alleviate the pain.

My visit to Kent MSK Clinic was exceptional. Three months ago, my child hurt their knee during a badminton game, and after consulting numerous physiotherapists and osteopaths with differing opinions, we finally received clear guidance from the MSK clinic. Mr. Suresh performed a scan, identified the problem, and outlined a precise treatment plan along with targeted exercises. The most reassuring part was Mr. Suresh's conversation that renewed my child's confidence. I greatly endorse this clinic.

I had a fantastic experience here. From being greeted at the desk to being supported with drinking water as I couldn't use my hands given the PRP, I was treated with such kindness and professionalism. It's been almost a week and the bruising is fading and I can straighten my fingers again! Take that, osteoarthritis! Can't wait to come back in a year and have it done again. Highly recommend.

This is my second set of PRP injections with Mr Sidula and I cannot praise him highly enough. He is an expert in his field, highly experienced and very caring. I value that he is always on top of the latest research and will take the time to listen to my needs and explain, clearly and intelligently, the options available. Above all, he is effective. I have arthritis in both knees and a history of skiing injuries. Whilst it would be unscientific to claim that Mr Sidula works miracles, for me he gets pretty close. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Five Stars Plus treatment from Mr Suresh Sudula. I got a bad ankle pain before leaving for my climbing adventure planned for the long time. I contacted Suresh based on my great experience from the past. He re-arranged his plans just to be able to see me in very short notice. After identifying a problem with my ankle, he injected it. Soon after the pain and swelling started to reduce and were completely gone in less than two days. I am so grateful to Suresh for that. His brilliant and efficient treatment allowed me to carry out with my climbing activities without any pain or discomfort.

This is the second time I have visited Suresh, and he is always friendly, puts you at ease, and is quick to diagnose and treat the problem. Would highly recommend.

Suresh Sudula has successfully helped me to manage various aches and pains on a number of occasions over the years. After months of enduring pain since October, and facing a very long waiting list for physiotherapy on the NHS, I decided to book another appointment with him.

Suresh performed an ultrasound, diagnosed me with an inflamed collarbone, and administered a cortisone injection which has significantly alleviated my pain. His expertise, professionalism, and compassionate care throughout the entire process was incredibly reassuring. I was in so much pain with arthritis in my knee and getting nowhere with an NHS appointment that made me look for local clinics to do steroid injections. From my first contact by phone the entire experience was first class. The receptionist took my details, made an appointment for two days later and explained what I needed to take with me for the procedure to be done. She followed up with an e.mail confirming this. When I arrived at the clinic and met Suresh he was very welcoming and reassured me on the procedures available to me. He did a scan of my knee and showed me the damage to my joint, did the steroid injection and I was able to leave without using my walking stick. Amazing, thank you Suresh. A few days on I am still pain free.
