I have just finished an intensive course of physiotherapy and acupuncture with Rasti lasting 8 weeks with two sessions per week. I have been in severe pain for many years with osteoarthritis and degeneration of the spine and neck with bulging discs. After many falls and two hip replacements my next course of action was either spinal block injections for the second time or to try the Back Care Clinic. I decided to give physiotherapy and acupuncture a try and I am so glad I did. On assessment Rasti told me that my condition was incurable but he could lessen my pain and help my movement with treatment. The improvements have been remarkable. My sleep has hugely improved and people are remarking on the difference in my walking and movement. My pain level has reduced by 50%. I have enrolled in the Wellbeing programme with total faith and commitment with Rasti who is always professional and caring. My future awaits feeling like a new person.

I would really recommend treatment, they have worked wonders on my neck pain and stiffness, all the staff are friendly and helpful, more than happy to accommodate appointment changes if required. I travel about 40 minutes drive to the clinic, but well worth it for the treatment and how good I feel now. My wife is now having treatment for her feet and she can’t believe the difference, and pain relief she has experienced.

I’ve had such a positive experience with the clinic. Dr Rastivlas has been great. The woke experience is professional & considerate. I went with low back & hip pain and the right treatment and exercise I have seen a significant difference. I like the follow up appointment approach, your nod just left with best wishes, the care continues. I’m so grateful.

Absolutely recommend this clinic. All of the staff are friendly and understanding. My treatment plan was explained thoroughly and I really felt listened to. I have seen major improvements in my mobility and have been taught techniques to manage my pain. The acupunture has helped immensely and I will continue to attend regular sessions with Daniela/Ayesha.

Ayesha Ali has been an amazing therapist from the very start. She treated my ongoing back issues and helped me regain mobility after two major abdominal surgeries. I was diagnosed with cancer two years ago, and the road to recovery has not been easy.

From our first session, Ayesha understood exactly what I needed. She treated me with a holistic approach, taking into account everything my body had been through. Her care and expertise have made such a difference — she not only helped me physically but supported me through the recovery journey in a way that made it feel manageable.

She is kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely dedicated to her patients. I’m so grateful for everything she’s done to help me heal.

Started treatment with Ayesha when I was in terrible pain with my back, hardly able to walk and range of movement limited. I am almost back to normal bar full range of movement but nearly there. Treatment isn't over yet and I have every faith in making a full recovery, in fact I believe I should be better than I have for years as she has pointed out and is addressing a couple of issues that have been a bother for a long time. I first attended the clinic approximately 5 months ago and saw Daniela with some on going Lower back pain that had had been lingering.
Since then I have some great results with on going treatment , exercises and a wealth of information from Daniela.

Aisha has been Great and has special hands.

From the initial phone call to enquire and throughout my treatment I have received outstanding care. All the team are friendly and welcoming.
The assessment and results appointment was thorough throughout and Daniela explained everything to me as to why I was experiencing the pain I was in. Daniela then put a plan together of visits consisting of acupuncture and treatment including things I can do at home to help me on my journey to recovery !! The clinic is always flexible and will always be on the end of the phone to answer any questions you have. Daniela is a credit to the team she has gone above and beyond to support me after my first session with Daniela I was able to sleep through the night after suffering for weeks on end !!! I highly recommend Backcare and Acupuncture Clinic. The staff are very helpful and flexible and friendly. Rastis the physiotherapist had fix my neck problem within the time frame. He is very knowledgeable in what he does. He is passionate in what he does.

I was in a terrible state of pain. Ayesha helped through my pain and recovery which had a great effect and results. I would recommend them if you are in any discomfort and it was worth the money spent.

After few treatment at the back care and acupuncture clinic, I felt so much better, Aisha is very professional and thorough she looked after me so well. My wife has suffered with debilitating lower back problems which has limited her mobility for some years.
Of late this problem has worsened considerable to the extent that even a visit to the supermarket became challenging.We have tried various hospital and private physios with little or no improvement.She was recently going through a particularly bad patch and I came across Backcare and Acupuncture Clinic.We decided to contact them to see if they could be of any help.We made a booking with Rastislav for an assessment and preliminary treatment,on arrival I had to park right at the entrance because my wife was at that stage unable to walk more than just a few steps.We had the assessment and then Rastislav manipulated her lower back.Amazingly my wife was then able to walk to the carpark with a lot less pain.We then booked an eighteen session course and apart from a couple of sertbacks the improvement has been mantained,certainly not completely pain free but considerably improved and we are now able to carry out normal activities again.Thank you Rastislav.
I also recommended a friend who was suffering very similar symptoms and having to sit down every few steps who is now able to walk around the fields at the back of his house.

I have been suffering with a Frozen Shoulder and have been in considerable pain.
Daniella has been wonderful and very patient and I am pleased to say I am well on the way to getting full movement back.

The best treatment I've had for a significant spinal injury. Daniela is very professional and truly wants you to be the best you can be. She is professional and keeps you informed explaining step by step everything she is doing and why. I can't speak highly enough of the service provided.

Daniela was great, she was patient empathic and proactive in sorting out my back issues. From her experience she was able to pin point the problems work on the painful areas and give acupuncture to relieve my symptoms. This coupled with exercises she suggested helped me to regain movement and relieve my pain. When I first attended I was unable to straighten up as my lower back issues were so bad, but after intensive treatment initially and then sporadic visits after I have been able to maintain a relatively pain free life. I do occasionally get the odd twinge but know Daniela is always on hand should I need her. Her friendliness and professionalism throughout was appreciated and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend .

Having injured my back doing squats, I’d been to a chiropractor and physio before turning to Osteopathy, with no success and remaining in a lot of pain. A CT scan showed a disc protrusion at L4/L5 and a bulge and L5/S1.

Within the first session with Daniela, I was given more information, support and empathy from her than I ever received anywhere else. A programme was set out and we got to work.

I think it’s fair to say that the journey for these kinds of injuries is long and difficult - and while I do still get some pain / discomfort on occasion, I am better equipped with knowledge and exercises to mitigate and improve my own symptoms. But more than that, I am now in a much better state than when I came in - so much so I had the confidence to take a 4 month career break and go travelling around the world.

I had back/leg/bottom (pirformas syndrome) problems, with weakness in all muscles, due to being sedentary for over three years. I’d been in severe pain for over a year when I found this clinic! I could hardly walk and it was always with severe pain. Now I’ve had 2 blocks of 12/10 treatments, involving acupuncture, massage manipulation and simple exercises.

My back problem eased, mobility improved due to strengthening muscles and the exercises fit in around my lifestyle and were not difficult. Daniela has been fantastic at explaining everything to me, which enabled me to relax and greatly reduced my anxiety. Daniela is very friendly and professional and goes above and beyond to achieve the best outcome for her patients.

I would definitely recommend Daniela and this practise to anyone suffering any kind of pain or lack of mobility.
