Extremely Poor Customer Service – No Response to Refund Request
I am very disappointed with my experience with Keskine. I contacted their customer service on 11 February 2026 requesting a refund for their premium LED Light Mask, which I purchased from their official website on 10 December 2025. Today is 17 February, and I still haven’t received any response — not even an acknowledgement.
This is especially concerning given that their marketing materials and website clearly state a 90‑day refund policy and imply that customer queries are handled within a reasonable timeframe (around 48 hours). My experience has been the complete opposite.
The product itself was not fit for purpose. After testing it exactly as recommended, both my wife and I found it extremely uncomfortable — heavy, putting pressure on the nose, and impossible to wear for the recommended duration. The advertising is also misleading: promotional images show someone reading a book while wearing the mask, but in reality visibility is so restricted that this is simply not possible.
I returned all items to the box and requested a return label in line with their stated policy. Despite this, Keskine has ignored every email and message I’ve sent.
At this point, the lack of communication feels unprofessional and raises serious concerns about the company’s legitimacy. A premium product should come with premium service — instead, I’ve received no service at all.
I hope this review encourages Keskine to take customer support seriously and honour the policies they advertise.

This is not a “change of mind” situation. The product is not fit for purpose. It is extremely uncomfortable, puts pressure on the nose, and cannot be worn for the recommended duration. That is a functional issue, not a matter of personal preference.
Your advertising is also misleading. You show someone reading a book while wearing the mask, yet in practice visibility is so restricted that reading, watching TV, or viewing anything at all is impossible. This directly contradicts the impression created by your promotional images.
I followed all instructions exactly as recommended and contacted you well within your stated policy. Despite this, I received no acknowledgement for over a week, which does not align with the service standards you claim to offer.
I have already provided my order number multiple times, but I will email again using the subject line you suggested. However, I expect my case to be reviewed based on the facts — not categorised incorrectly under a policy that does not apply to the issues I have raised.
I have emailed as requested and will await your response.

Today is 6 March 2026. Keskine promised to look into the matter as per their email dated 18 February 2026. so the question you guys are asking me... Did they respond. the simple answer is a big fat No.. i did not expect them to either as their PR and marketing is awash with misleading promises and false statements.. I am currently se eking legal advice on next steps.. so a precaution to anyone who is planning to purchase a Keskine device - beware there is no customer service for you to get reassurance and peace of mind. This means there are no refunds being paid to customers despite their promises..

I can't comment on the effectiveness of the IPL I purchased as it turned out to be unsuitable for me. Unfortunately this only because apparent when I had removed the cellophane wrapping to read the instructions as the issue (hypertension) was not mentioned on the website. Having read a couple of reviews about customer service when the item has been opened I was concerned that I would have difficulty obtaining a refund but I am happy to say that was not the case. I contacted the company via their contact form on 8/1/26, explaining the issue and received an apologetic reply that day. I was advised that a return label would be sent the following day. I received that via email as promised. I was unable to get to the post office until 12/1/26 . I received an email on 14/1/26 to say the parcel has been received. On 15/1/26 I received a further email to say my refund has been issued and the money was back on my credit card on 16/1/26. All email correspondence was polite and timescale promises were kept. The only minor quibble I would have is that it was an actual postage label that was sent which meant I had to find somewhere to print it off hence the couple of days delay sending it back. A QR code would be a better option. But that aside the customer service was first class.

Excellent customer service and impressive results
I have been absolutely delighted with my LED face mask. It has made such a difference to my skin, leaving it smoother and brighter. I did have a small issue at first, but the customer service was excellent. They responded very quickly and were so kind and helpful, resolving everything without any fuss. It is so refreshing these days to deal with a company that truly cares about its customers. I highly recommend them.

I am amending my original 1 star review. After posting the initial complaint regarding bad customer service the company contacted me and successfully corrected the underlying issue. I appreciate the swift action and commitment to turning around a negative customer experience.

I purchased the Keskine LED Face Mask. My experience with the customer service team has been severely lacking and highly disappointing.
Upon carrying out a test as per instructions I had an adverse reaction. I contacted Keskine Customer Services immediately, after waiting for a week for a response I was told that the face mask was for your face and not your arm (I am thinking they thought I was stupid) it clearly states on the instruction before using on the face to do a test on your inner arm.
I replied immediately to this sarcastic response and had to wait a further week before getting another reply, asking for photographic evidence, if I had been asked for this previously I would have gladly given this however the reaction had gone after a 2 week delay in replying.
A premium priced product (over £300) requires reliable customer support to back up its warranty and customer satisfaction. The current non-existent service makes me strongly regret this purchase and creates significant doubt about the company's commitment to its customers.
I cannot recommend purchasing from a company that fails to respond to customers especially when dealing with time-sensitive issues like returns or product faults.
I urge Keskine to drastically improve their customer service response time and communication.

Faulty device but refunded after 3 months of emails.
I had high hopes for this, but when I unboxed it, the device would not even turn on. I asked for a refund and Keskine requested a video to show what the problem was. I sent the video a week ago and have still had no reply. Is this going to drag on forever or will this company, which so proudly displays it's money back guarantee, do the right thing? If not, I have a good mind to write to Sally Hamilton at Sally Sorts It, to report this company as scammers!
UPDATE: I added another star. After purchasing this item at the beginning of September, within 10 minutes I wished to reurn it, as it didn't turn on. Now near the end of November, after a huge papertrail of emails, I have finally been refunded in full.

I’ve been using it regularly for two months and the difference is huge. The hair is much finer and in some areas almost gone. I would recommend it if you’re tired of shaving all the time.
