Cannot cancel orders + deceptive return policy
I ordered a coffee maker from Keurig.com. Within hours on a Sunday (non-business day), I called to cancel. Keurig refused and told me to call back after I received the machine.
After I received it, I called again to return it. Keurig told me I must pay for return shipping out of my own pocket. Their website advertised "FREE SHIPPING" but never disclosed this policy before purchase.
I have not paid the return shipping. I refuse to. I have filed a BBB complaint.
Buy from Amazon or anywhere else that offers free returns. Keurig's return policy is deceptive.
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. I purchased at 7:30pm one night next morning I saw it was discounted $45.00 so I called to see if they could give me the credit ooo no I didnât buy it this morning so I asked could we cancel my order and let me reorder oooo no itâs in the system
You canât cancel itâs still there not shipped. So I can ship it back and by that time it wonât be 45.00 less. I will never buy another Keurig from anywhere. Do not buy one ! They are greedy and make it so you canât do anything. They wonât refund wonât give credit and shame on them. I will be returning when it gets here and buying a different brand from another supplier.

I bought the red Keurig compact coffee machine that was on sale at Walmart for $49. I had bought the same one a couple years ago and it didn't last long and it stopped working and I thought I would just try it again because I like the color, size and the price was good. This machine was worse than the first one it only lasted about 15 times and quit working. Unfortunately I had it in the box new for a month or so while I used up my other coffee and the receipt was pass 30 days so I could not return it. I will never buy another Keurig product. There are some similar brands out there that I am going to try but never ever Keurig not getting three chances.

I bought a Keurig coffee maker from Target, and just 2œ months later it overheated and completely stopped working. I figured it wouldnât be a big dealâIâd just return it to Target and get a replacement.
Thatâs where the real problem started.
The serial number on the machine doesnât match the one on my receipt. I have no idea how that even happened. We only bought one unit, the box was brand new and sealed, so I can only assume something went wrong at the storeâeither a mix-up or a system issue. It seems like whatever was scanned on the outside of the box didnât match the actual unit inside.
Because of that mismatch, Target refused to return or replace it. Even worse, they made me feel like I was trying to scam them, which is honestly pretty frustrating when all I did was buy a product that failed after a couple of months.
At the end of the day, Iâm stuck with a broken coffee maker and no help from either Keurig or Target. I just want a working product and for someone to take responsibility for what clearly looks like a tracking or quality control issue.
Order Lost by USPS - No Refund by Keurig
I ordered K-cups in November. They were shipped and I was billed for the purchase. However, I never received them. According to USPS tracking, they are in a postal service warehouse, but the postal service cannot find them. It is now 4 months later and USPS says that they still cannot find my order. Despite this acknowledgement from the postal service, Keurig still will not give me a refund for my lost order.
Inept customer service
In March 2026 I spent over an hour on the phone with "customer svc" explaining that my machine was defective; the descale light would not turn off. He said he would ship 1 descaling solution which never arrived. The light is still on.
I wrote the Keurig President - no reply.
Why can't they have a troubleshooting dept - or train their agents to do same? There is no customer service.

I purchased a keurig coffee maker with the whole pot or single cup option! Neither works half the time. On the pods I have to start at least twice per cup & on a full pot I have to start at least 3 times to get a full pot. I would not recommend this coffee machine to my worst enemy

This isn't bad luck â it's a pattern. Keurig has perfected the art of producing an innovative, convenient product with absolutely no quality control behind it. Each machine lasts just long enough to push you past your frustration threshold before it dies, and then the cycle repeats.
Customer service? Save your time. What you'll get is scripted sympathy and a 25% discount off RETAIL price â which is typically 25% above what any major retailer already charges. Net savings: zero. Net respect for the customer: zero.
What makes this worse is who's behind it. Keurig is owned by Keurig Dr Pepper, which also owns Green Mountain Coffee. These are not small, struggling companies. This is a billion-dollar enterprise with the resources to fix these chronic quality issues and a leadership team that has clearly chosen not to. When a company of this size keeps producing the same defective product year after year, that's not an oversight â that's a decision.
I'm not buying another Keurig machine. And given their ownership structure, I'm done with Keurig Dr Pepper and Green Mountain products entirely. There are better-built alternatives that actually last.

Run away from the idea of using Keurig's online ordering system. You are better off using another online retailer or looking for sales in a retail outlet rather than dealing with this headache. All of a sudden, I'm receiving coffee, and I didn't even order it. They will act as if they did nothing wrong, and you have a mini coffee warehouse.

I bought a K Creama from Costco. After 3 months it wouldn't work. The machine would not open so I could not place pod in the machine. I sent it back and I received a replacement. After 2 weeks the replacement wouldn't work. I called customer service but I couldn't understand the agent because of her foreign accent. I asked to talk to her supervisor. It worked perfect for 8 months
It worked perfect for 8 months. Then after making one cup of coffee it came up with add water. The revisor was not hardly down. I dumped the water, replaced the filter, and it worked fine for 2 days. After that it did it again. Before I was able to get in touch with support, the display came up with descale. I had descaled less than 2 weeks before. when I called support as the email said, even though it would have been 9:00 am there, I was told the office was closed. This happened 3 times. I finally gave up.
When someone from Keurig phoned they spoke so soft, I was unable to hear them, I ask the person to speak up, only to discover I was unable to understand her, as she English was not all the good.
In the end, I got no help and when I asked to have it fixed under warranty, nothing. I never heard another word from Keurig.
I will be throwing the thing out, I highly recommend no one purchase the Keurig model K-Supreme Plus. In reality best not to even get a Keurig if you want support. Keurig support is really a joke

I just called in about my coffee maker that has stopped working. I attempted to descale it with negative results. it then stopped working completely. customer service only offered a 25% discount and a box of coffee. if I would have accepted this, this would have been my 4th coffee maker in less than 3 years. I find this totally unacceptable.
Two Keurigs Caught Fire
I purchased a Keurig about a year ago, and when I first plugged it in, the heating element immediately caught fire. Keurig replaced the machine, which I appreciated. However, after moving homes a couple of times this year, I finally set up the replacement and the exact same thing happened again; the heating element caught fire as soon as it was plugged in.
Customer service told me the machine is now outside the one-year warranty and offered a 50% discount toward purchasing another brewer. Unfortunately, after two machines failing in the same way, Iâm not comfortable spending more money on another one.
Iâve also noticed that other customers report similar heating element issues with this model, which makes me wonder if itâs a recurring problem.
I used to think Keurig made reliable machines, but after this experience (and similar issues my grandmother has had with two of hers), Iâve decided to switch to another brand.
I have had three different models ofâŠ
I have had three different models of Keurig. The longest one lasted was a month. I only drink one cup of coffee in the morning. The reason Iâve had three is because I use them for a week they break. I take it back to Walmart. I get another one. I use it for a day take it back to Walmart the third one I used one cup of coffee in and it broke what a piece of crap.
Review of the K-Duo (Gen 2)
We purchased a K-Duo (Gen 2) machine at the beginning of February. Great machine, except when you try to make a full carafe of coffeeâit always threw an error and would stop perking after only 4 cups of coffee. After contacting Customer Service they said they would send us a new machine. We received that machine today, and we just canât believe that this new machine has the same exact error come up as the original machine. So sad!

When I contacted Keurig I was told to find a tube in the machine and poke something throught it . I don't know. I should have been told they should send me a replacement machine.
