What more can I say about Keyzy? Words are not enough to express our gratitude. Keyzy helped us achieve our dream home, along with excellent amenities and outstanding service throughout the journey.

I would sincerely request the Keyzy team to continue the same energy, dedication, and customer-focused approach for everyone who is planning or working towards building their dream home in London.

Simon and the Keyzy team have been brilliant. We had a few issues with parking and the wardrobe, and they were very prompt in addressing them. They even responded beyond office hours, which really shows their dedication and commitment to great service.

Keyze came to rescue just as I was giving up on my dream to own a home! When I first came to see the property it felt like too good to be true, but then it was also lucrative enough for me to find out bit more. Such an innovative idea, although fairly new concept - I do not doubt this business model will turn out to be a successful one. I am saying this after all my due diligence and finally deciding to go with Keyze property! The move was smooth, Simon and Jeremy were both wonderful, with a lot of patience and very accommodating with all my queries and even met me face to face as I was seeking reassurance. They are highly responsive and took any issues/concerns very seriously and dealt with it immediately (a small hick-up in my case). I could not recommend Keyze enough, it was a smooth transaction and I am made to feel at home with my pets and couple of changes I wanted to make, they have relaxed and chilled approach as such it’s easier to feel at home from day 1. I am absolutely in love with the property, quality of fixture fittings and the area is suitable, I can enjoy walks with my cats; park and convenience shops near by. I am looking forward to the summer and certainly many more years once the purchase has gone through in 2 years time. I feel comfortable that my dream is in good hands. The extra offer for key workers was added benefit and I am certainly recommending Keyze to all my work colleagues & friends. I wish Keyze a full success within short span of time. moved in the green quarter in southall just over a month ago. From the day we made the enquiry with keyzy up until now everything has been so easy. Never have to wait for them to response. Even after sale service has been brilliant. At the start we felt like it was too good to be true but their dedication from the get go has been incredible. Would like to specially mention Simon who dealt with us from the start, answered any questions we had very quickly and also helped us while we were moving from our old place by organising us to take our furniture earlier. Always been very responsive no matter when and what we asked for. Looking forward to this new chapter of our lives and it wouldn't of been possible if we hadn't found Keyzy.

Keyzy offered pretty much my only chance of getting back on the property ladder after an expensive divorce. Adam and Aisha were absolutely excellent throughout the buying process and I can't rate them or their service highly enough.

Keyzy made getting our house so easy and stress free. Right from the start they were totally ufron professional, friendly and always there by phone or email to answer any questions we had. They managed to negotiated a very good price for the property and were very thorough with the whole process. Always kept us up to speed every step of the way. When we moved in all paper work and some nice Keyzy gifts arrived in the post along with follow up emails making sure all was ok. I cant thank them enough for giving us the opportunity to getting our dream house and would recommend them 100 percent.

It was a pleasure doing business with this company , My contact Jeremy was always on hand to assist if i had any questions or queries. although we got down to the wire with having to do a simultaneous exchange & completion. All parties were satisfied .

So far it’s been fab! Rent to buy is a new concept for us but they’ve done a great job explaining how it works, helping us understand the application process and keeping us informed every step of the way. Not long now till we get the home of our dreams!

Being able to own our own home has always been a dream of ours. When I can across Keyzy I was intrigued by how it works and applied to join the waiting list. When we received notification that our wait was over it felt surreal that we could go and view houses which could potentially be our forever home. After a couple of viewings we eventually found home that fulfilled our dreams. Being able to actually chose a home in the area we wanted and to meet the needs of our young family meant everything to us. The process with keyzy has been flawless, they were virtually on hand 24/7 to answer any questions, concerns or worries that we had. We were kept fully up to date with the progress on the sale of the house and what made it even more enjoyable we were treated like buyers, like it was us actually purchasing the house. After renting for so many years before we feel that we have finally achieved our goal. No longer do we feel we are paying money into a bottomless pit, we are saving to eventually own this house. We have been in the house for 6 weeks now and it has been everything we have dreamed and hoped for. Aisha and the team are so committed and their whole approach has restored our faith in the whole property market. I would have no hesitation in advising anyone to use keyzy to take the step towards owning your own home in this new and revolutionary approach.

Keyzy made our moving experience seamless. The communication from the team was excellent at every stage of the process. It’s a great facility that no one else offers. They take care of the whole process from start to finish!

I have reached out to Keyzy for more information about their service via email and WhatsApp and have been ignored. And on top of that this company has almost no social media presence anywhere. I would be very skeptical when dealing with this company and definitely would not feel comfortable handing any money over.

I have recently had the pleasure of working along side Simon, Jeremy and their team as they acquired a property through ourselves.

As a sales progressor for an Estate Agent, it was refreshing to work along side the team, who worked alongside me to get the sale over the line.
Despite facing many challenges on a complex transaction with many parties involved, they remained professional with clear communication throughout the process.

I strongly hope the opportunity arises to work along side Keyzy again in the future.
