I cannot explain how much Kerry has changed my outlook on food and exercise. I’m two dress sizes down and never been happier. Would 100% recommend to anyone who’s wanting a more personal and tailored approach to feeling more confident.

Before working with KFL FIT I was really struggling with losing excess body fat, particularly around the stomach. I suffer with PCOS and Endometriosis and find the flare ups really affect me. Since having coaching my flare ups and have been really reduced, I have dropped almost 2 stone and I feel fitter than ever. Investing in myself was the best decision and I only wish I did it sooner. Couldn't recommend enough. 10/10.

KFLFit built me a plan to get me into shape for an upcoming holiday. She listened to my lifestyle, exercise and food preferences before making me a plan that suited my busy life and felt achievable. Having someone else do all the planning so I didn’t have to think about calories etc make it so easy. I felt so confident on holiday after this and still using the tips and ticks I learnt on the plan. Thank you KFL!

I Approached KFLFIT as I was struggling to shift weight and progress further with my gym sessions leading up to my holiday to Ibiza. I wanted to feel in the best shape possible and she delivered and then some! I had a nutrition and work out plan that suited my lifestyle and all my favourite foods. I joined KFL to get in shape for my wedding, and honestly it’s one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. The entire experience was fantastic from the food plan to the constant support and accountability. Kerry was always there whenever I needed her, and I couldn’t recommend her more. Truly the best of the best ❤️
