I’ve been using kfriday for two years, and they’re the best kaddy I’ve used! Always quick to answer questions, and always package my stuff well!

I love this korean address company! They are so quick, helpful, and kind. I have used many kaddy services and Kfriday is my absolute favorite!!! If you are a kpop stan you MUST use Kfriday as your kaddy service! Thank you Kfriday for all you do!

I always trust them of packaging and shipping my items. I also love their customer service even though they are 16 hours ahead of where I live they get back to you very quickly to answer any inquiry.

It's very easy to use their service and everything arrives always safely packed!
They always try their best to communicate quickly, as well as making up for any mistakes or misunderstandings.

I took part in an ive giveaway via Instagram and won. Since I was often very unsure how to proceed on the website and wanted to do everything right, I often wrote to them about DMS and asked them about it. I sometimes feel a bit clumsy, restless or stressed, but the team was always there. They answered me quickly, were always polite and kind. I can't say how grateful I am to the team for everything! Everything went smoothly like I haven't experienced anywhere else. I myself come from Germany and not even here are such good communications at companies.
Btw, the shipping also went much faster than expected and specified. It arrived quickly and very well packed.

K-Friday is the best out there. I've been using them since last year and my experiences are amazing. They are very helpful and responds to my inquiries as much as they can. They are also very helpful with my bunjang orders, making sure they fulfill my requests. They used to be on kakaotalk but when they launched their website, everything made it easier. I recommend trying them out.

Platform is super organized and helpful when ordering fansign or fancalls. Communication with staff is super quick and easy and when i needed help for a first fansign they were the best. Everything is packed safe and secure as well when shipped to me. They always try to communicate clearly and quickly if I need help with shipping out my items or ordering products. Haven't failed me yet and highly recommend when you need a korean address.

I have been using Kfriday for sometime now. And I have nothing but good things to say.
For me when I use an external service that is out of my country, it is important to me that the other party communicates well. I have never had ANY issues with Kfriday in that regard. If I have a query, I can put it in the kakaotalk app and the team member will respond to be me within 24 hours- thats the longest time I have waited, usually, it is within the hour during Korea working hours.
The team sometimes even responds off hours for Bunjang purchases or Online priority purchases.

The packing is always immaculate - None of my items fragile or otherwise have ever been damaged. They take utmost care of every package.
if there is damage WHEN the package has arrived or during consolidation, I am contacted via chat and informed. They also request my directive to proceed further.
One of my fav things is the video option - every packing there is a video of the items being consolidated. We could also request unboxing or if you buy bunjang you get free unboxing video!

I have been spoiled with Kfriday and do not plan to look anywhere else for my Korean goods and services!
