Founded by five lads who felt traditional weight loss programmes lacked genuine care and accessibility, KG Group was created to do things differently. We combine sport, accountability and a welcoming community environment to help people improve their physical and mental wellbeing without judgement. Open to everyone regardless of gender, fitness level or sporting ability, our mission is simple: provide affordable, supportive and inclusive weight loss programmes that genuinely change lives.

Everybody makes you feel welcome and…
Everybody makes you feel welcome and included in everything that happens around your club. People are friendly and patient with your football ability, as well as being supportive with journey. Fair price and a lot of fun.
