honestly cannot explain how nice these were!!!! So so quick and easy to do, life saver if your in a rush or for lunch at work. Delivery was so quick and all came chilled. will definitely be getting some more !!! The meals were so tasty and such a good portion!!

I was kindly gifted 3 box meals to try, I had Nashville seasoned chicken and chips, Jamaican jerk chicken, and the spicy chicken pasta.
They were all so delicious in flavour and you could tell was freshly made too, it’s so simple and quick to cook which is so helpful when you work long days and come home late and cba to cook! Honestly can’t recommend it enough! Deffo going to be my go to now!

Absolutely loved these meals. Made my week so much easier having food that’s prepped (that I didn’t have to do myself!)
My favourite was the Nashville chicken as I’ve never seen something like this offered on a meal prep service before.
Would definitely recommend for ease and taste.

I absolutely loved my meals! I tried the Jamaican Jerk Chicken, the Nashville Hot Seasoned Chicken & Chips, and Spicy Chicken Pasta. They were all delicious, quick and packed with protein!

No taste.. All 3 dishes tasted same... no instructions of cooking.

The meals were are ok depending on what you order and what taste you have , some of them was like the chicken smelt a bit off or tasted strange or was very rubbery like the chicken thigh dishes but other dishes lie the chicken breast ones were fine , I had the mushroom burger once and it was a bit cold and too pink around the centre so I think it was undercooked , however some were absolutely delicious well packed and tasted very nice so really you have to pick your best and worst ones it’s very much hit and miss some good some not so good depending on your taste - packaged well and delivered straight to the Door and meals generally looked freshly made

I would definitely order from Khana Prepa again! These meals were really convenient for me as I am constantly on the move and working, just a few mins in the microwave and they tasted as if they had been cooked fresh. The meals aligned perfectly with my fitness & nutrition goals, keeping my protein intake high and calories low — whilst not having to sacrifice flavour.

I had the Spicy Chicken Pasta, Jamaican Jerk Chicken & Rice and the Nashville Seasoned Hot Chicken Tenders — all of which were extremely flavourful, spicy and packed with protein. 100% recommend Khana Prep!

All of the meals I received were absolutely delicious and super fresh. They are really easy to store and heat up. It really is a super delicious, nutritious and no fuss meal prep service.
It is especially perfect if you are like me and trying to lose weight or gain muscle as all of there meals come with nutritional/macronutrient information… so you can eat delicious food with it all still being in your macros for the day!

Really helpful customer service and protein packed meals

Very convenient meals delivered straight to your door. Very easy to prepare in the microwave and a choice of regular or larger portion. A decent variety though could do with more non spicy options.

I tried the spicy chicken pasta and really liked the quality of the chicken as well it was perfectly cooked.

I got Greek Garlic Chicken, Turkish Red Pepper Chicken and Chicken Fried Rice and they all came with a lot of food all fresh and tasted great no complaints at all

some meals are tasty but some meals aren’t. the presentation in the pictures & what you get as the end product aren’t the same. the quantities provided in the meals can be increased especially of the protein.

Absolutely incredible meals!! We tried 3 of the meals and wow, so fresh, tasty and filling. The jerk chicken was a firm favourite in our house - will be ordering again soon. Thank you for creating such high quality halal prepped meals guys, it’s definitely going to become a regular order in our house and saved us so much time with less cooking and cleaning. 5*

I tried 3 high protein meals from the menu and I must say it was so delicious 🤤, would like to try more soon!
