My order of three necklace pieces can fast! It took me a while to notice the small box they came in. I love they came with jewelry boxes for each necklace. The pieces were smaller than the ones I ordered previously but they are beautiful. My daughter lovesssss hers! Thank you!

I wish I could leave zero stars!!! I never received my order. I think this company is a scam. STAY AWAY!!!!

Mi experiencia con khloé Joyas ha sido realmente decepcionante y quiero advertir a futuros clientes. Compramos una Virgen del Carmen y, tras solo dos días de uso, el enganche del cordón se rompió en la primera puesta. Algo así no debería ocurrir en una joya que se supone de calidad.

Lo más grave no fue únicamente el defecto de la pieza, sino la absoluta falta de seriedad y profesionalidad en la atención posventa. Desde el día siguiente nos pusimos en contacto con ellos por WhatsApp y, durante meses, lo único que hemos recibido son evasivas, mensajes sin respuesta, conversaciones colgadas y un trato totalmente negligente. En ningún momento han ofrecido una solución, ni se han hecho responsables de lo sucedido.

Considero inaceptable que una empresa que se dedica a la joyería tenga un servicio tan deficiente y un respeto tan nulo hacia sus clientes una vez realizada la venta. La atención mientras compras puede parecer correcta, pero en cuanto surge un problema desaparece todo el interés.

Una auténtica vergüenza. Con esta experiencia puedo afirmar con total seguridad que nunca volveré a comprar en khloé Joyas y no recomiendo a nadie hacerlo. Una joya puede tener valor, pero la confianza y la seriedad en el trato al cliente valen mucho más, y aquí brillan por su ausencia.

Honestly the cheapest of the cheap "renditions" of a bag. Did NOT look like the picture (they appear to use pictures from the original designers website.) Not only were the details, such as the hardware color, different from what they advertise, it also arrived squished and damaged because they use very flimsy "packaging" (if you can even call it that). Very disappointing; glad I only spent $50. I'll just go back to spending the $5K+ it costs to get a real one (I have 2). Shameful.

Compré un collar hace 1 mes (Regina Paris) en Khloe Joyas en Madrid, quedé muy contenta y satisfecha, realmente es precioso, pero está empezando a perder el color dorado por detrás y en una argolla... ¿Es lo mismo Khloe Joyas que Khloe Jewels? ¿Me han estafado? ¿Lo he cuidado mal? No lo he metido en el océano ni en la piscina, es simplemente por el uso... :(

The item had to be remade but it was way bigger than it was suppose to be . Idk by this time I’ll just settle for what I got . But keep up the work . It was never like this in the beginning when they first started up

I send a The A part of my Chain Back because it Turn on me. So i bought a New Chain with letter A. You could have send me another A. I read on your policy, we Guarantee our products don't Tarnish. So that why i give 1 star. False Advertisement.

I ordered a necklace for a EVELYN, What I got dose not say EVELYN! I don't think she is going to like it! Pretty, but not what I ordered!
