My friend Recommeded and it suppose good quality, but I found the communicate after order being placed was zero. They are using the app SHOP to show the status, they haven’t asked to choose delivery date before confirm the order. I assumed they will confirm by email but none. On the day DHL delivery quoted for the whole day, which I left home already for a day, and the delivery box didn’t show its frozen food. DHL usually send email to update the status but none. At the end, the parcel stayed at concierge for few days while i was sending to KHT to check with the status without any reply. It is not a pleasant experience and still no reply up till today.

Ordered around £60 of meat, it arrived as described the next day and the quality was really good. Likely to be a monthly customer :)
