Confusing shipping policy, bad customer support
According to their shipping policy, they deliver to the EU, but when I put my EU address during checkout I get an error saying they can't deliver to my city. I contacted them to confirm what could be wrong but they never answered back. In a way I'm happy I couldn't order, imagine if I had a problem with an order and not being able to get a straight answer from them! It's sad as this company seems to be well referenced on public forums and the offer is thin...I guess I'll have to take my money to Chinese marketplaces
Update: Your passive-agressive double quotes really helps changing someone's mind, but okay! Here's how your "support" dealt with a simple query: imgur . com /a/6HWDNuS Can you find it now on your system??

Cuando realizas el pedido, pone una fecha de entrega y después es totalmente distinto llego 5 dias despues. Y encima le escribes y ni te contestan, hasta que no abri disputa en Paypal, no me escribe. Penoso servicio. El producto recibido es de buena calidad y original lo recomiendo. Pero sigue siendo un mal servicio ya que no contestan a los correos.
Me ofrecio un descuento para una próxima compra, cosa que no volvere a comprar en su tienda porque no son confiables y encima tienen un pesimo servicio. No os recomiendo no pongan q es falsa mi experiencia porque tengo correos y capturas de pantallas que lo corroboran

Due to global pandemic and Christmas around the corner, all deliveries are taking a little while longer.
Your order was received on Friday at 18:30, Items are not fulfilled over the weekend which adds 3 days to your delivery time. This makes your item only 2 days late, which due to the global pandemic situation, i think that's a very reasonable time for shipping across Europe.
I did also compensate you for this with a large discount code for any inconvenience this may have caused.
