Disappointed with Kidoâs Lack of Flexibility
Iâm quite disappointed with Kidoâs administration when it comes to flexibility. If a family needs to be away for more than a month, they make it nearly impossible to hold your childâs spot without continuing full payment. Instead of offering reasonable solutions, they play games and make it seem like youâll lose your spot if you withdrawâeven though itâs clear that keeping absent children on the roster while still collecting fees is just extra income for them.
It feels less like a childcare center and more like a business scheme designed to maximize profits rather than support families. A little more understanding and flexibility would go a long way.
