Ho ordinato il banco da lavoro, il 16.07.26, che non è mai arrivato e speso ben €135,95. E' un mese che sto mandando email per il rimborso. Spero lo facciano al più presto altrimenti mi recherò alla polizia postale per truffa.
TOTAL FRAUD!!
Ordered a pavillion tent. They claim you will receive an email after payment and delivery is within 3 business days in the EU. Not only did I not receive and email, of course the tent never arrived. Contacted them via their form and emails, instagram and NO ANSWER. This is a total SCAM.
Absolutely terrible customer service. Long time to reply back, hard to return product and get money back and not mentioning the misleading pictures of products

I am with this previous reviewer. I contacted the company about the race track( a toddlers toy!) where the screw keeps coming loose and asked them to replace it. They didn't blink an eye. It was like they heard it a million times before. It was of NO CONCERN to them that a toddler could choke and die on their faulty product. The did not offer to recall this product or even replace it.
The kitchen toy is definitely not to recommend.
The toy was expensive 149,- sfr., badly processed, treated and colored wood material (so no solid wood), even dangerous for little kids, because of the sharp corner and edges. Parts that were glued already dropped off after a week of usage and have exposed small parts that can be swallowed.
What should i say, we are going to put this toy to trash.
The resellers had extremely bad customer service. at least the manufacturer had started an attempt to meet us, with 25 sfr. credit or return of the goods with a new delivery. I would have to dismantle the kitchen completely again and send back. I'm an architect and the assembly took almost 2 hours, so all that again, no thanks.
Attention, look carefully what you buy and do not try to save a few pennies. Do not forget that this is about your kids, your one and all, so take good quality, even used good quality items are often better.
