Jack arrived on time, straight on the job, very courteous and didn’t mind my annoying dogs barking at him! Well priced, highly recommend to anyone!

The cold water mains connection behind our washing machine leaked badly. A neighbour recommended Jack. I called him at 5pm and he was with us by lunchtime the next day. He identified the leak, explained how it had happened and fixed it. He also shortened the pipe so the isolation valve is now easily accessible. He is very pleasant, efficient, tidy and has great communication skills. Highly recommended

From the moment I contacted the firm to discuss the problems I was having with my central heating Jack and Ash were efficient, courteous and helpful.

The result is that the the systen is much more efficient and the flat is warmer.

Have used kidwellplumbing for a number of years and always found to be reliable and reasonable. Got home the other day to discover no hot water. Too late to ring so I sent a text. To my amazement Jack was knocking o the door at 9am the following morning. He had reasoned we were a bit of a priority and bumped us up his list. An hour later saw the fault diagnosed and a faulty valve replaced. Superb service from a real professional.

Exemplary work. Clean thorough and caring, Jack and Ash were highly professional. They worked a twelve hour stint to ensure that thework was carried out to the higest standard and thet we were left warm and safe.They reconfifured our whole hot water system including improvements to our central heating.

This is not the first time that Jack has completed work for me and I would recommend him whenever I can. He is professional, efficient, tidy, reasonably priced, explains clearly and keeps me informed. He has a great understanding of older and newer plumbing, previously fixing both my underfloor heating and downstairs toilet.

Jack has done a number of jobs for us now, including fitting a new boiler, hot water tank, thermostat and some radiators. We wouldn’t consider calling anyone else. If you’re looking for a plumber, Jack is your man

We ran into a problem replacing a shower mixer bar, and got in touch with Jack to see if he could come to look at it and fix it. After sharing some photos it turned out to be a very simple issue and Jack advised a fix over email. We really appreciated this, as he could have easily come to see us and charged us instead. We'll be giving Jack a ring when we have a real problem to deal with.

I have called upon Jack’s services a few times now; I find him to be one of the most courteous, responsive and helpful plumbers / heating engineers in the area. He has fixed the central heating timer, serviced the boiler and attended to burst pipes.

Jack was able to come out at short notice to fit us with a new boiler. Very efficient and thorough, we are very happy with the new system he recommended. Polite and friendly service.

Excellent service at a very reasonable price. We had to call Jack out on a very cold February night, due to a faulty valve on our boiler. The fault was identified quickly, a spare part sourced And fitted the following day.

Jack is really excellent. He has done several jobs for us including new radiators around the house, boiler servicing, new gas pipe work for our calor gas dining room fire, new ball valve etc.
