I am very satisfied, it is very beautiful, exactly like in the pictures.

After a very long search for a perfect pram I laid my eyes on the Tutis Viva 6+, however living in Qatar made it impossible to ship it here from any other shop. However #kidznbaby Mark and Joyce did their very very very best to make sure that not only did I receive it on time but I was also able to order through them. They were very quick with responding, they went the extra mile to make sure I would get it delivered here in Doha. I was in my last weeks of pregnancy and they really saved me lots of stress (because I needed this pram) and best service ever! And yes, still extremely happy with the pram

J’avais commandé pour une arrivée fin octobre le lit bb mais il n’a été livré que courant novembre alors que le bb était déjà né.
Très compliqué ensuite de se coordonner pour la livraison car malheureusement le séjour en néonat a fait que personne n’était disponible pour réceptionner la palette.

Et surtout nous n’étions pas informés de date de livraison.

Le produit est très sympa mais la livraison une catastrophe. Nous avons compris des échanges que le lit acheté en ligne n’était en fait pas réellement en stock.

Je ne recommande pas ce site.

The experience was great! I preordered the Mima Creo White and they kept me posted on all the updates regarding the order, stayed consistent and answered all my questions at all times. Very recommended!

I had trouble with the delivery, it took almost 3 weeks to get delivered in Netherlands. It was taking too long due to package dimensions and easter holidays.
