Welcoming staff - lovely play area and not too busy. Good good too!

It was ok nothing special though 3 year old seemed to enjoy it . Not the cleanest place though

Amazing play space with super friendly and helpful staff that get to know the regulars and their charges

We attend regularly, it being close and big .. my children enjoy letting off steam here . At times it feels it feels very dirty and smelly . I think after a busy holiday they should have a deep clean before opening back up this would help with controlling illnesses and help staff maintain good hygiene standards during term at quieter times.

However they are very helpful and try to be very accommodating. Always looking to improve and do good offers

Friendly, very helpful staff, spacious accommodation for lots of soft play for all ages. Good temperature ~not too hot...cool if you go when it's near empty though. Clean. Cost is reasonable. Good constructive play atmosphere

My little one enjoyed their visit since there were lots of young children to interact with and space to explore. However, I was rather underwhelmed by a few factors. The village is basically empty apart from some plastic vegetables and a broken train set. The cleanliness is shocking. My little one was on her hands and knees pulling dust bunnies and little blue sweets from the corners by the goal posts. These were still here the second time we visited which tells me the place is never properly cleaned. The cake is dry and the coffee sub par, yet the prices are pretty high. There is hardly anything for younger babies/toddlers to do in the soft play area to avoid being trampled by the older children. There should be a small area for a ball pool and foam blocks/ ride on animals at the least. Staff are friendly but you can tell they lack the motivation to keep the place at its best to ensure success. The first time we visited when my little one was 6 months we went to the sensory room. She contracted her first cold virus. While I know children are supposed to get sick, I didn’t expect her to get it from touching plastic. In a world that has barely just recovered from a pandemic, surely sanitisation should still be practised. I spoke to a couple other mums and they shared my views but agreed it was an easy place to access which is why they come. We would happily pay more for better equipment and cleanliness.

Superb service. Every single member of staff I met was so friendly and helpful. Made us feel so welcome on a first visit.

The soft play is also fabulous for toddlers and my little boy loved the car park!

We love Kidzplay! It’s the perfect place to take my 6 year old when I’m tired and the weather is rubbish (or even when the weather is great) and I just need to sit and chill while he runs off a bit of energy. My 11 year old is gutted that his Kidzplay days are coming to an end. Facilities are great, food is yummy and staff are always friendly. What’s not to love.

Nice place but the cold was unbearable! The place was freezing cold. Ended up leaving the place earlier!

I have emailed a complaint but not heard back.

I have emailed umpteen times to rearrange because of illness but I get no reply at all maybe now I have put a review on here someone will take the bother to respond I have paid and want to use the money I have spent when we are all well again
