Called in relation to a car insurance quote and spoke to a lady named Erin, she was so helpful and made everything so straightforward. Everything was organised and sorted so quick and nothing was too much trouble.

I had a great experience with this insurance company from start to finish. Erin was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable during the process. I’m really happy with the coverage I received and the excellent customer service throughout and would definitely recommend this company.

Just got off the phone with a manager Will Croke was approximately around 12:18 was a male, extremely rude worst customer service ever . Completely disregarded my situation. Prior to this I was waiting 2 weeks for a call back . There great for car quotes but there customer service is horrible which does not do them justice . Behaviour I was getting off the manager was appalling I was so confused as to why he was even appointed as a a manager

I dealt with Jennifer and aoife in the office they were great very fast and efficient service everything was done for me with out any hassle , fantastic service and definitely the best quote around , would not go past the girls for my car insurance .
