Great packaging, arrived on time. Cannot fault

Thank you for a quick and efficient service I will be happy to use your company again

This was my first time shopping with Kienda and I'll certainly buy from here again. I'd read lots of praise for the company so it had been on my radar for a while. All three items I bought were things I'd not seen elsewhere. In particular, the size of opaque-backed card sleeves I needed were non standard and have proved to be perfect. All three items were great value and the package was speedily sent and very well packed.

Always fantastic service, great prices and the option to pick up at the warehouse is perfect for those who can't wait to get their hands on their newest purchases!

Great prices and quick delivery. Brilliant customer service. I bought Skyrise for my wife at Christmas, and when we opened it to play recently the main game board was ripped in two. I contacted Kienda and they said they would sort out a new board from the publisher. They did this and sent it to me in super quick time. Highly recommended.

Great selection, great prices, great staff.

Excellent products delivered securely and very quickly

Really good price for a game I'd been wanting to pick up for a while, so I couldn't say no. Delivery was quick and the item was well packaged. No issues at all.

Great price and super quick delivery in excellent packaging.

Wrong item in photo now I have to pay to return it.

Disappointed this time as wrong item in photo so I’ve not purchased what I thought. Despite pointing out this error I’ll have to pay for the return postage to get a refund :(
Very surprised at the poor customer service as previously I’ve been very impressed.

Amazing shop full of dedicated people and great prices.

Great prices in the Summer Sale, super fast delivery, great courier used. Well packaged, Kienda may now be my go to store.

Quick delivery of very carefully packaged items in perfect condition. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others, great service

Great shop. Cheapest prices, good stock, fast delivery, safely packed.

As in the title. Fast, free delivery of games that are competitively priced. I have used Kienda several times and would definitely recommend them.
