Just overall bad experience.
I wanted to support the company as I was planning on buying the same item from either Amazon or from their actual website. Ended up paying customs charges, which is on me for choosing the company instead of Amazon. But my product came in defective.

While they had a very responsive customer service, they were all based off of polite AI translated responses on what they won't do for you until you essentially threaten a dispute.

I got a defective rusted product, and they only offered a measly 10% refund with replacements screws (in which, if there's a whole part rusted, I think the entire keyboard should be switched out) which would charge me again for customs? They stated they were having issues with their replacement programs, so they could only offer a return that I would have to pay the shipping for.
After almost two months of back and forth, I ended up just shipping the entire product back after I confirmed that they would also pay for the shipping once it was returned.

Overall just a terrible experience and since this company is under EPOMAKER, I assume the customer service would be exactly the same, you're better off buying their products off Amazon.

My Breeze 75 keyboard came incredibly fast to Denmark, and it's without a doubt one of the best and most satisfying keyboards I own. Will definitely buy again :)

I recently had a mixed experience with Kiiboom. While their customer service team has been consistently polite and responsive, the overall process left me frustrated and disappointed.

I originally purchased the Phantom 81 V2 with expedited shipping, only to find that it devalued within a week due to the unannounced release of the V3. Feeling misled, I returned the V2 (which Kiiboom kindly covered the return shipping for) and ordered the V3, paying for expedited shipping again to avoid package loss.

Unfortunately, the V3 arrived defective, adding to my frustration. Kiiboom offered to send a replacement with no additional shipping charges, but after spending $76 on shipping across both orders and dealing with these issues, I lost faith in the process. While they tried to resolve the situation, the sequence of events, including a defective product and feeling misled by the V2’s sudden devaluation, left me feeling like my time and money were wasted.

In the end, Kiiboom did what they could within their policies, but my experience has soured my opinion of the company, and I can't recommend them without caution.

Beställde hörlurarna (Kiiboom Evoke), betalade för express frakt, ingenting hände på sex dagar så jag hörde av mig.

Evoke med färgen (Turquoise) jag beställde var slut i lager men det var inget som meddelades. "Dom kommer in om 1-2 veckor". Då hade jag betalat för express frakt för att slippa vänta.

Sen när jag ville byta till färgen Emerald på hörlurarna som kostar 300 kr extra (som goodwill + att jag betalat för express frakt helt i onödan) så sade dom "nej tyvärr, den kostnaden rör bara logistiken, det är inget vi kan bjuda på".

Riktigt dåligt kan jag tycka. Dock så är deras Kiiboom Allure riktigt bra och Evoke sägs vara bättre.

Kundservicen är trots allt vänlig och proffsig, men hade hoppats på att dom hade mera utrymme för att kunna ge kunderna ännu bättre service.
